About this round (v1, 29 Sept 2026)
A full rebuild of the Complete Thyroid VSL (completethyroid.com) as ThyraGlow, built to be tested against it on results, not looks. Two front ends with the same offer (a traditional long-form letter and an e-commerce video page), one shared upsell / popup / thank-you ladder, an improved VSL script, a 7-minute video script, a new label and a new brand name aimed at women. Design demo: buttons are simulated and no payments are processed.
The same as the control: 2 / 3 / 6 bottles at $69 + $9.97 S&H / $59 / $49, the 180-day guarantee and the ladder from your client sheet. Page style is the test variable.
Proposal, not fact: the brand name, label and bottle art (AI renders of a proposed label), all copy, the savings shown against the 2-bottle rate, and free shipping on upsells. Not verified: doses, certificate of analysis, third-party testing, Linda, the six testimonials and the guarantee wording. They are on the list under Please confirm before launch.

Control vs rebuild
Control results (as supplied): 0.34% conversion, $209.92 average order, $3,989 revenue, 19 sales. Sales divided by conversion implies about 5,590 visitors, so about $0.71 revenue per visitor. The average order is strong; conversion is the problem. The control video runs 19:51 and its buy boxes are hidden behind a delay, so a viewer who is ready to buy at minute 8 cannot.
| What | Control (completethyroid.com VSL) | Rebuild (ThyraGlow) |
|---|---|---|
| Offer | 2 / 3 / 6 bottles at $69 + $9.97 S&H, $59, $49; 180-day guarantee; ladder from the client sheet | Identical, so price is not a variable |
| Story | Invented "Celtic Goddess Ritual", "buried for centuries", industry conspiracy | A mirror moment first, then the four-part thyroid system; published research described as research |
| Authority | Harvard "25%" claim, Harvard / Cleveland Clinic / NIH endorsements, "FDA Approved" badge | None. Studies cited as published research only; no institution endorses ThyraGlow |
| Claims | Fixes, restores, resets the thyroid; fat "melting away"; "Is this safe? Absolutely." | Structure and function wording only; results vary; talk to your clinician if you have a thyroid condition or take medication |
| Urgency | Fake inventory counter, reserved-spot timer, "we often sell out" | None. No countdowns, no stock counters |
| Proof | Invented Susan in Colorado and Mary in Florida, "thousands of women", and a fake 227-comment Facebook-style thread under the video | Only the control's own customer text, marked to verify; weight-loss quotes held back |
| Buy boxes | Hidden behind a delay; first "click below" at 15:31 of 19:51 | TSL: visible from the offer section, five boxes. E-commerce page: under the video. Improved VSL: at about 10:35 |
| Price anchor | $159 struck through, "save $180 / $300 / $660" | Savings shown against the 2-bottle rate ($30 and $120); no $159 |
| Brand and label | Complete Thyroid, navy and lavender, white generic label | ThyraGlow, kelp / teal / blush, label 04 Deep Kelp, made for women |
| Checkout | ClickBank hop links | Simulated buttons; real order links still needed |
In Compare with current on the two front ends, the control shot is taken before its delayed buy boxes appear, so they are not in it.
Test plan: control vs rebuild
Control vs rebuild: test plan
Control (completethyroid.com VSL): 0.34% CVR, AOV $209.92, 19 sales, $3,989 revenue → ~5,590 visitors, $0.71 revenue per visitor (RPV). (Sales ÷ CVR; the client's visitor count wasn't supplied, confirm.)
Challengers (each is a different hypothesis, same offer so price is not a variable):
| Arm | What changes | What stays the same |
|---|---|---|
| A. Control | VSL page | — |
| B. Traditional (TSL) | Long-form mirror-first letter, buy boxes visible from the offer section, compliant claims | 2/3/6 prices, 180-day guarantee, ladder |
| C. Ecom (video top) | Short 7-minute video + product-first page, buy box under the video | same |
| D. Improved VSL (optional) | Improved 19-min script recorded and dropped into the control page with buy boxes at ~10:35 | same |
Primary metric: revenue per visitor (protects the strong AOV). Secondary: CVR, AOV, upsell take rate per step, refund rate at 30/60/180 days.
Do not call the winner on the page's looks. Call it on RPV once the sample below is reached.
Sample needed per arm (80% power, α 5%, baseline 0.34% CVR):
| Lift to detect | Visitors per arm |
|---|---|
| 3× (1.02%) | ~2,300 |
| 2× (0.68%) | ~6,900 |
| 1.5× (0.51%) | ~23,000 |
| 1.25× (0.43%) | ~83,000 |
A three-arm split of ~7k visitors per arm detects a doubling. Smaller lifts need far more traffic; plan on RPV directionally until then.
Split & hygiene: randomize at the ad-click level with the same traffic source, same day-parts, run at least 14 days to cover weekly cycles, no page edits mid-test, log the exact page version and deploy ID for each arm. Keep the control running as a concurrent arm (not before/after).
What we already know is different from the control (so a win isn't confused for luck): claims removed (no Harvard/25% test, no FDA badge, no ritual/conspiracy story, no fake counters or invented customers); buy boxes not hidden behind a delay; women-first brand and label; honest savings basis (vs the 2-bottle rate, not $159). If the new arms lose, the likely cause is the lost urgency/mystery of the control story, so test one urgency element at a time (real, truthful ones only).
The scripts: downloads and previews
All the words, in one place. Each script has a preview here, a full-page view, and a download. All copy is a draft for your review; nothing has been recorded yet.
Improved VSL script (about 19 minutes, voice-over)
Ready to record: 12 sections, on-screen cues in brackets, buy boxes visible at about 10:35 instead of after a delay. (4,312 words)

ThyraGlow VSL: Improved Voice-Over Script (v1)
Spoken word count: 2,905 words (voice-over only; cues and notes excluded)
Estimated runtime: 18:10 of pure speech at 160 wpm; about 19:00 finished with cue pauses. (Control: 19:51.)
Format: ready to record, single narrator, on-screen cues in [brackets]
Product: ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women (control name: Complete Thyroid)
Persona note (flag): The first-person narrator "Linda" appears ONLY because the control VSL uses her (see SPINE.md). Before recording, the client must confirm Linda is a real, releasable person and that her personal story below is accurate. Every Linda fact is tagged [VERIFY-LINDA] in the Claims map. If she is not confirmed, swap in a neutral "we" narrator (lines are written so that swap needs only pronoun edits in Section 3).
Not in this script (removed from control): Celtic Goddess ritual, Highland women, Harvard/Cleveland Clinic/NIH, the 25% test claim, drug-industry conspiracy, Susan/Mary, "thousands of women", "sell out", "reset/restore your thyroid", "FDA".
Buy-box timing: the three buy boxes appear under the video when the offer begins (marked BUY BOXES IN below, at about 10:35), not after the page's delay timer. The price walk-through starts at about 11:50; the control's started at 13:33 and its first CTA at 15:31. Video is the offer, so the boxes must be visible while she is talking price.
1. LEAD: The Mirror Moment (0:00 to 1:10)
[0:00. Close-up: a woman's hand tilts a bathroom mirror light on. Natural light, no music sting. Text overlay: "Your labs were normal."]
You're standing at the bathroom mirror, and something is off.
The outer half of your eyebrows is almost gone. You've been drawing them in for a year now.
There's more hair in the brush than there used to be. Your face looks puffy in the morning, and it doesn't really go down. Your skin feels dry no matter what you put on it.
[Cut: pill organizer, a laptop at a desk, a woman rubbing her eyes.]
And you're tired in a way sleep doesn't touch.
So you go to the doctor. You get the blood test. And the answer comes back: "Your labs are normal."
You should feel relieved. Instead you drive home thinking, then why do I look like this?
[Text overlay: "Normal labs. Not normal you."]
I'm going to show you a different way to think about your thyroid. It's not a single number and it's not a single gland. It's a system with four parts. And the strangest thing about it is this: your mirror often notices before your lab report does.
Stay with me for a few minutes, because by the end you'll know exactly what to look for, and what to ask your clinician for.
2. EMPATHY: It's Not In Your Head (1:10 to 2:35)
[Warm interior. Narrator, shoulders relaxed. Lower-third: "Linda, ThyraGlow"]
My name is Linda. I'm not a doctor, and I won't pretend to be one.
I'm a woman who spent years being told some version of "it's stress," "it's your age," or "it's just what happens." And I believed it, because everyone was so calm about it.
Here's what I want to say to you, and I want you to really hear it. You are not imagining this.
Your hair changes are real. Your energy dip is real. The way your face looks in photos, and the way you stopped posting them, is real.
And I'm not going to tell you your doctor was wrong. A routine blood panel is a useful tool. But it's a snapshot of a few numbers on one day. It can't tell you how your body is actually using thyroid hormone in your skin, your hair, and your cells.
So a "normal" result and a very "not normal" mirror can both be true.
[Text overlay: "A snapshot is not the whole system."]
Published research backs up more of this than you'd think. A review in a German medical journal in 2023 pointed out that thyroid problems in women around midlife are often mistaken for menopause, depression, or stress. If that's been your story, you're in very large company.
[On-screen citation, small: Frank-Raue & Raue, Deutsches Ärzteblatt International, 2023]
Let me tell you how it went for me.
3. LINDA'S STORY (2:35 to 4:50)
[B-roll: soft, slightly desaturated. Alarm clock, hair on a brush, a desk, a coffee mug. Text: "Linda's story, in her words. Her experience is her own."]
It crept in slowly. That's the thing about it.
First I was cold. I'd wear a sweater in a warm office and still have cold hands.
Then I was foggy. I'd walk into a room and forget why. I'd read the same email three times.
Then the mirror started telling on me. My hair was coming out in the shower, more than I'd ever seen. My brows got thin at the outer edges. My skin looked dull and dry. And my face just looked tired, even after a full night in bed.
There was one afternoon I fell asleep at my desk in the middle of a workday. I woke up embarrassed, my face hot, and I thought, I can't keep living like this.
[VERIFY-LINDA: desk moment]
I did what you'd do. I went to my doctor, and I said all of it out loud. She ran the usual blood work, and told me it was normal.
I want to be fair to her. She did what the standard approach says to do. But I walked out of that office feeling like I'd been told the problem was me.
So I did what a lot of us do at midnight. I started reading.
I tried the moisturizers. I tried the hair vitamins. I tried cutting things out of my diet. Some of it helped a little. None of it touched the reason I felt this way.
[Text overlay: "I kept treating the surface."]
And then I read something that changed how I looked at all of it. The thyroid isn't just a gland in your neck. Thyroid hormone has receptors in your skin and hair follicles. Your mirror is one of the first places the whole system shows up.
That was my turning point. I stopped asking, "What's wrong with my hair?" and started asking, "How does this whole system work, and what does it need?"
I ended up learning far more than I planned to. In a few minutes I'll tell you what I did with it. But first, let me show you the system itself, because it changed how I saw all of it.
4. THE THYROID SYSTEM: Four Parts (4:50 to 6:30)
[Animated diagram builds one part at a time: a phone, a charger, a lock, a signal tower. Keep the analogies simple and consistent.]
Your thyroid is not a switch. It's a system with four parts. Let me walk you through them, in plain language.
Part one is the gland. It sits at the front of your neck, shaped a bit like a butterfly. It makes a hormone called T4. Think of T4 as a phone that's been made but not yet charged. It's stored energy.
[Graphic: phone at 0%.]
To build that hormone, the gland needs raw materials. One of the big ones is iodine. Another is the mineral selenium, which is found in thyroid tissue in higher amounts than in almost any other organ.
Part two is the conversion. T4 has to be turned into T3, the active form. This is the charger.
[Graphic: charger plugs in, phone turns green.]
And that step relies on nutrients too. Zinc and selenium are two of the minerals your body uses in that conversion.
Part three is the receptors. Think of them as the charging ports on every one of your cells, including in your skin and your hair follicles. The hormone has to plug in to do its job.
[Graphic: cells with small ports lighting up.]
And part four is immune signalling. In many women, the immune system is involved in how the thyroid behaves. I'm not going to oversimplify this. It's complicated, and it's something you should talk through with your clinician.
But I want you to notice the pattern. Four parts. A routine panel usually looks at one or two of them. Sometimes the story is in the parts that aren't measured.
[Text overlay: "Gland. Conversion. Receptors. Immune signalling."]
That's why I say a thyroid is a system. And a system needs the right nutrients at every step.
5. THE BEAUTY TELL: Why Your Mirror Notices First (6:30 to 8:55)
[Split screen: a woman's face, neutral. Highlight zones appear one at a time: skin, hair, brows, face, under-eyes, nails.]
Now let me show you what this looks like on the outside. Because this is the part nobody explained to me.
Skin and hair follicles are full of thyroid hormone receptors. That's what published dermatology research says. So when thyroid hormone is running low, the mirror is often the first to know.
Here's what the research describes in people with low thyroid hormone.
Dry, rough skin. In a clinical study of 460 people with an underactive thyroid, about 57 percent had dry skin. That's Keen and colleagues, 2013.
Hair shedding. About 46 percent of that same group had diffuse hair loss. Hair follicles are sensitive to thyroid hormone, and low levels can push more of them into a resting, shedding phase.
The outer eyebrows. A dermatology review in 2011 by Dr. Jerome Safer describes loss of the outer third of the eyebrows as a classic sign associated with an underactive thyroid. It's one of those things doctors were taught to look for.
Facial puffiness. About 29 percent in that same study. Researchers link it to fluid and a gel-like substance that builds up in the skin. It's not "just weight," and it's not you letting yourself go.
Tired-looking eyes. Puffiness around the eyes and heavy lids are among the facial features described in the same reviews.
And brittle nails. A 2023 review in Frontiers in Endocrinology by Dr. Cohen and colleagues summarized nail changes, too.
[On-screen small text: Keen et al., Indian J Dermatol 2013. Safer, Dermato-Endocrinology 2011. Cohen et al., Frontiers in Endocrinology 2023. Research on people with low thyroid hormone. Not research on ThyraGlow.]
Now I want to be honest with you, because I promised I would be.
Those studies are about people with diagnosed low thyroid hormone. They are not studies of any supplement. And plenty of other things cause these same changes: low iron, low vitamin D, stress, sleep, and other conditions.
So the smart move is this. Ask your clinician for a full look. Ask about a thyroid panel. Ask about ferritin, vitamin D, and B12 while you're at it.
And here's something else the research is clear about. Hair and nails grow in cycles. Change shows up in months, not days. If someone promises you a new head of hair in two weeks, don't believe them.
[Text overlay: "Get proper labs. Talk to your clinician."]
Now, what I wanted to know was: what can I do every day to support my body while I do that work?
6. THE DISCOVERY: What the System Uses (8:55 to 10:35)
[B-roll: kelp in shallow water. Overhead of a pantry shelf crowded with bottles.]
That question sent me looking at what thyroid tissue actually uses.
The first thing I found was iodine. Your body doesn't make it. It has to come from food. And two sea plants that people have relied on as natural iodine sources for a very long time are kelp and bladderwrack.
[Graphic: kelp and bladderwrack, labeled "natural sources of iodine".]
I want to say one thing very clearly. Iodine is a place where more is not better. That's why I say it again later: if you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid medication, or are pregnant or nursing, speak to your healthcare provider before you take anything with kelp in it.
Next I found the minerals. Five of them keep showing up in the nutrition research on thyroid: selenium, zinc, copper, magnesium, and manganese.
[Graphic: five mineral icons appear in a row.]
And six support nutrients I kept seeing around this system: L-tyrosine, ashwagandha, vitamin B12, cayenne extract, schisandra, and molybdenum.
Now here's the problem I ran into.
I was taking a kelp capsule from one company, a selenium from another, zinc, magnesium, and something else. I had five bottles on the counter. I forgot half of them. I couldn't tell what was doing what.
I thought: this should be one formula. Built around how the system works, not around a shopping list.
And one more thing. Most supplements aren't designed with women in mind. Women in our thirties, forties, and fifties are dealing with things like perimenopause, stress, and the mirror all at once. I wanted something made for that woman.
So I worked with a team to build it.
7. THE REVEAL: ThyraGlow (10:35 to 11:50)
[BUY BOXES IN at ~10:35 under the video. Bottle art fades up. Text: "ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women."]
It's called ThyraGlow. ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women.
Inside is what I call the ThyraGlow Matrix. Here's what's in it, and the job each part does.
Kelp and bladderwrack: natural sources of iodine, the raw material your thyroid uses.
Selenium: found in thyroid tissue, and one of the nutrients the body uses to help convert T4 to T3.
Zinc: another nutrient your body uses in that conversion step.
Copper, magnesium, and manganese: minerals that play roles in energy production and metabolism.
L-tyrosine: the amino acid your body uses to build thyroid hormone.
Ashwagandha and schisandra: traditional botanicals used for stress resilience.
Vitamin B12, cayenne extract, and molybdenum: supporting nutrients for everyday energy and metabolism.
[Graphic: the four-part diagram again. Small tags show "nutrients these steps rely on".]
Every nutrient is on the Supplement Facts panel, with the amounts printed on the label.
It's two capsules a day, with food. A bottle has sixty capsules, so one bottle is thirty days.
It's non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, in a vegetarian capsule, with no artificial colors or preservatives. It's made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility.
This is a dietary supplement. It's not a test, it isn't a medication, and it isn't a replacement for either one.
[Text overlay: "These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."]
8. THE OFFER (11:50 to 13:50)
[Pause on the bottle. Cursor points to the three boxes below the video. Prices appear on screen as each is spoken.]
So let me walk you through how to get ThyraGlow, and I'll keep it simple.
There are three options. Every one of them is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, and nothing will bill you again.
Option one is the two-bottle pack. That's a 60-day supply. It's $69 per bottle, so $138, plus $9.97 shipping and handling. It's the lightest way to start.
Option two is the three-bottle pack. That's 90 days. It's $59 per bottle, $177 total, and shipping is free. Compared to the two-bottle price, you save $30, plus the shipping charge.
Option three is the six-bottle pack. That's 180 days. It's $49 per bottle, $294 total, with free shipping. Compared to the two-bottle price, you save $120. It's the best value per bottle.
[On screen: three prices, "Best Value" ribbon on six.]
Now, let me explain why I suggest most women think about three or six.
A bottle is thirty days. Your hair grows in cycles that take months. Your skin renews itself over weeks. Your brows and nails are slower still.
I'm not going to tell you that you must buy six. You don't.
But I'd be doing you a disservice if I let you think one or two bottles is enough to judge. If you want an honest test, give it at least 90 days of daily use, and talk to your clinician along the way.
That's why smart, practical women tend to buy more of the same thing when they already know they'll use it. It's cheaper per bottle, and you don't run out in week eight and stop right before you'd have noticed anything.
[Text overlay: "Give it 90 days. Then decide."]
So if you're curious, start with two. If you know you want a fair trial, take three. And if you'd rather stop thinking about it and get the lowest price, take six.
[CTA 1, soft.] If that sounds right for you, choose your pack below the video, and we'll get it moving.
9. WHAT CUSTOMERS TOLD US (13:50 to 15:35)
[Testimonial cards, one at a time. Each card marked: "Customer feedback. Individual results vary." Each is data-verify="testimonial" on the page.]
Before the guarantee, I want to read you some of what customers have told us. These are their words, not mine.
[VERIFY] One customer, Marcus, wrote: "I've carried an extra 40 pounds of body weight with me for most of my adult life. It was always so frustrating, because I'd tried countless diets without success. Using Complete Thyroid gave me real results for the first time in 20 years. I was shocked by not only how much weight I lost, but also how much better I felt as a result."
[VERIFY] Jennifer wrote: "I used to have so much trouble starting my day. I thought it was just aging, or hormones, or something like that. What I didn't suspect was that it was my thyroid."
[VERIFY] Bo said: "It's like someone lifted the fog from above my eyes. I'm thinking so much clearer now, and I can concentrate for longer stretches without feeling mentally exhausted."
[VERIFY] Jenny Anderson told us: "I always felt sluggish and heavy, even though I wasn't overeating. For 11 years, nothing worked... Then I found your letter, and for the first time, everything made sense. I feel incredible now, more energy... and finally, real results after a decade of frustration."
[VERIFY] Kendra wrote about her mornings: "I used to have so much trouble starting my day... no energy. No motivation. No desire."
[VERIFY] And Carly said: "I thought it was normal to feel tired and 'off' all the time, even after a full night's sleep... Now I wake up with energy, feel sharp and happy."
[Text overlay: "Individual results vary. Testimonials reflect individual experience."]
Everyone is different. Some people feel a change sooner, some later, and some don't. That's why the guarantee matters.
10. THE GUARANTEE (15:35 to 16:20)
[Graphic: calendar with 180 highlighted. Shield icon.]
Now, the guarantee. I don't want this to feel like a risk.
Every order comes with our 180-day money-back guarantee. That's six full months.
Take ThyraGlow every day as directed. Give it a fair trial through at least a couple of hair cycles. If you don't feel it was worth it for any reason, contact us within 180 days and we'll refund the price of your product. Shipping is not included in the refund. [CONFIRM WORDING]
You can send back the bottles even if they're empty. There's nothing to prove.
[CTA 2, direct.] So click the pack you want below, and start your fair trial today.
11. YOUR QUESTIONS (16:20 to 17:45)
[Lower third for each question. Narrator relaxed, direct to camera.]
You may still have a few questions. Here are the ones I hear the most.
Will this work with my medication?
I can't answer that for you, and neither should anyone selling you a supplement. Kelp and bladderwrack contain iodine. If you take thyroid medication, or you have any thyroid condition, please talk to your healthcare provider before you start. Bring the bottle and the Supplement Facts panel with you.
Is it safe?
Take it as directed, with food, and don't take more than the label says. A supplement is not right for everyone. If you're pregnant or nursing, have a health condition, or take any medication, check with your provider first.
How fast will I notice something?
It varies. Some people tell us about energy and focus sooner. But your hair, skin, and nails run on longer clocks. Plan on at least 90 days of steady use before you decide.
What if my labs are normal?
Then keep your doctor in the loop, and keep asking questions. ThyraGlow is a supplement. It isn't a test, and it can't tell you anything about your labs. It's for women who want to support their body with the nutrients this system uses.
Will I be billed again?
No. It's a one-time purchase. No subscription. No auto-billing.
What if it isn't for me?
That's what the 180-day guarantee is for.
12. THE CLOSE: Back to the Mirror (17:45 to 19:00)
[Return to the opening bathroom mirror. Same light. This time she isn't reaching for the brow pencil, just looking.]
Let's go back to that mirror.
You know the one. Where you stand a little too long, wondering when you started to look this way.
I can't promise you what your mirror will show in six months. Nobody honestly can.
But I can tell you this. You now know it's not in your head. You know your thyroid is a system with four parts. You know your hair, skin, and face are tied into it. And you know what to ask your clinician for.
And you know there's one formula, made for women, that gives that system the nutrients it uses, every day, for 180 days, protected by a guarantee.
[Text overlay: "Gland. Conversion. Receptors. Immune signalling. One formula."]
[CTA 3, decisive.] So don't spend another month drawing on your eyebrows and wondering. Choose your pack below. Two bottles to start, three for a fair trial, or six for the best price. Click it now and give yourself a real 90 days.
This is ThyraGlow. Thyroid support, made for women who want to feel like themselves, and look like themselves, again.
Thank you for watching.

Sources: research/control-vsl-transcript.txt and .vtt (timestamps below are from the vtt), control-vsl-page-text.txt, control-tsl-text.txt, thyroid-beauty-dossier.md, offer.json, SPINE.md.
Control results: CVR 0.34%, AOV $209.92, 19 sales, $3,989. AOV is good. Conversion is the problem.
1. Timeline of the control
| Time | What happens | Quote / evidence |
|---|---|---|
| 0:00 | Hook: normal labs, cold, foggy, hair loss, fired for sleeping at desk | "My doctor told me my thyroid was completely normal... losing half my hair in the shower." |
| 0:26 | Mechanism name-drop: invented "Celtic Goddess Ritual", "buried for centuries" | "a massive thyroid breakthrough the medical industry has quietly buried for centuries" |
| 1:14 to 2:30 | Results stack: "thousands of women", 30 lb, hair and brows back, then a threat | "your thyroid will keep declining... your metabolism will shut down completely" |
| 2:30 to 4:40 | Conspiracy: industry rakes in billions, silences women, doctors profit | "the entire industry would collapse... they've worked hard to bury this discovery" |
| 4:44 | Fake authority claim | "Harvard Medical School quietly confirmed... tests only measure about 25%" |
| 5:33 to 8:15 | Best segment: thyroid as a four-part system (gland, T4 to T3, receptors, immune) with phone/charger analogies | "It's an interconnected system with four crucial parts." |
| 8:21 | More institutional borrowing | "Harvard Medical School, the Cleveland Clinic, and even the National Institutes of Health" |
| 9:10 | Two fake testimonials read aloud | "Like Susan in Colorado..." / "Mary in Florida..." |
| 10:31 | Backstory: Linda could not keep up the ritual, built a capsule | "hunting down obscure ingredients... tasted, frankly, awful" |
| 11:35 | Product reveal | "I'm pleased to introduce Complete Thyroid" |
| 12:53 to 14:16 | Price walk: "$200 or even $159", $69 / $59 / $49, six-bottle "Highland Goddess Package" | "That's a savings of $180 shared directly with you." |
| 15:18 | Guarantee (1st) | "180-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee" |
| 15:31 | First "click below" (about 15 minutes in) | "So click below, choose your package" |
| 16:05 | Fake scarcity | "supply is limited, and we often sell out" |
| 16:21 | Guarantee (2nd, repeated word for word) | "backed by our 180-day guarantee" |
| 17:16 to 19:00 | FAQ | "Is this safe? Absolutely." / "Harvard and Cleveland Clinic research confirm..." |
| 18:56, 19:32, 19:47 | Guarantee (3rd) and last two CTAs | "This is your moment. Don't let it slip away." |
Structure math from the vtt: the product is named at 11:35 and the first price is spoken at 13:33, so about 58% of the runtime is spent before the offer. The first CTA lands at 15:31, so the viewer has heard price for about two minutes with no instruction.
2. What to KEEP (these support AOV)
- 2/3/6 ladder logic. "If you're just curious, start with two. If you're serious, choose three... determined... six." (about 15:30). Clean self-selection. AOV of $209.92 shows people trade up. The new script keeps 2/3/6 at the same prices (offer.json).
- 180-day guarantee. Long guarantees let a six-bottle buyer feel safe. Kept, stated in full once and briefly once, with honest wording.
- "Thyroid is a system with four parts." The strongest teaching frame in the control (5:33). Kept with the phone/charger/ports analogies, reframed as "nutrients these steps rely on".
- Story hook: normal labs, still not right. The situation is real and relatable. Kept, but made mirror-level and concrete.
- No subscription, empty bottles OK, 60-caps/30-days. Trust-building facts already in the FAQ.
- A "why not just one bottle" rationale for six. Kept, but tied to the true fact that hair and skin turn over in months, not a popularity claim.
3. Why conversion is 0.34%
- Trust-destroying and non-compliant core. The Harvard "25%" claim, the Cleveland Clinic/NIH endorsement, "industry silenced researchers", and "the last hope" language read as scam signals to an informed viewer and would fail Meta, Google, and payment-processor review. Women who have already been dismissed by doctors are the most skeptical audience.
- Hook lacks a mirror-level moment. The opening is a list ("cold, moody, couldn't think") and then a firing. There is no concrete, visual scene the viewer recognizes in herself. The dossier shows the strongest language is mirror-first ("outer eyebrows disappearing", "puffy face that no diet fixes").
- Mechanism reveal is late and vague. The four-part system arrives at 5:33, after 5+ minutes of ritual, conspiracy, and result-stacking, and the named mechanism ("Rejuvenate Plus Balance Matrix") is a label, not an idea. The KNB pack says to tease the mechanism early, then explain it mid-way before the offer.
- Invented backstory. "Celtic Goddess Ritual" and "Highland women well into their 80s and 90s" are not true and do not survive a Google search. It also collides with the later claim that the product is a modern nutrient blend.
- Fake testimonial vignettes. Susan (Colorado) and Mary (Florida) are read as speeches at 9:10 with the same "flipping a switch... restored me" cadence. They read as scripted. The results claims ("fatigue is gone... feel 20 years younger") are also disease-cure adjacent.
- No objection handling before price. Skepticism is acknowledged once ("I understand. I was too."), but no doubt is answered. The FAQ that answers "Will it work with my medication?" arrives at 17:16, after the offer and after most viewers have left.
- Offer arrives at ~12:53 with three CTAs only at the end. First "click below" at 15:31, the next at 16:57, then 19:32 and 19:47. Long stretch with price and no action.
- Repeated guarantee, generic close. The guarantee is delivered nearly verbatim at 15:18, 16:21, and 18:56. The close ("This is your moment") does not return to the opening scene.
- Fear closer. "Your metabolism will shut down completely... isolated and depressed" is a threat, not a reason.
- Weight-and-fat framing. "Pounds of stubborn fat melting away effortlessly" is the exact language that draws ad and FDA/FTC scrutiny and attracts the skeptical.
Page-level issues (control-vsl-page-text.txt)
- Buy boxes appear only after a timer/delay, so a viewer who wants to buy at minute 8 cannot.
- A fake inventory counter ("Quantity remaining: 173") and "Spot Reserved For 00:00 minutes" timer.
- An "FDA Approved" badge, while the footer says the product is not evaluated by the FDA.
- Quiz ends with "3 bottles FREE when you choose the recommended 6-month supply", which is a second, conflicting offer.
- $159 struck-through price never actually charged (SPINE: do not strike unless confirmed).
- Shipping shows $9.99 on the page, while offer.json says $9.97.
4. Change log: original moment to new script
| Original moment | Problem | What the new script does |
|---|---|---|
| 0:00 doctor/hair/firing list | Generic list; firing is dramatic but unverifiable | Bathroom-mirror scene: outer brows, hair in the brush, puffy face, "Your labs are normal." then "then why do I look like this?" (Section 1) |
| 0:26 Celtic Goddess ritual | Invented, conspiracy | Deleted. Replaced by "a system with four parts, and your mirror notices first" as the tease (Section 1) |
| 1:14 "thousands of women" | Unsupported count | Deleted. No population claims |
| 2:30 to 4:40 industry conspiracy | Destroys trust, compliance risk | Empathy without attacking doctors: "a snapshot is not the whole system" (Section 2) |
| 4:44 Harvard "25%" | Fabricated authority | Deleted. Only Frank-Raue 2023 cited, as published research |
| 5:33 four parts | Good, but late and framed as an ancient ritual | Moved to Section 4 (about 4:50) and reframed as "nutrients these steps rely on" |
| 8:21 Harvard/Cleveland/NIH | Fake endorsements | Deleted. Replaced by Keen 2013, Safer 2011, Cohen 2023 as published research on people with low thyroid hormone (Section 5) |
| 9:10 Susan / Mary | Invented people | Deleted. Only the six control testimonials, marked [VERIFY], read as "what customers told us", after the offer (Section 9) |
| 10:31 ritual is awkward, so capsule | Invented origin | Linda's real search story: five bottles on the counter, wanted one formula made for women (Section 6) |
| 11:35 reveal | 58% through the runtime | Reveal and buy boxes at about 10:35; ingredient-by-ingredient roles in structure/function wording (Section 7) |
| 12:53 price with $159 anchor | Anchor not verified | Savings shown against the two-bottle rate ($30 on 3, $120 on 6) plus free shipping (Section 8) |
| 15:31 first CTA, sparse | No CTA ladder | Three CTAs: soft after price (~13:45), direct after the guarantee (~16:15), decisive at the close (~18:15) |
| 15:18 / 16:21 / 18:56 guarantee | Repeated verbatim | Full once (Section 10), brief once in the FAQ |
| 16:05 "we often sell out" | Fake scarcity | Deleted. Urgency replaced by "give it 90 days" honest timeline |
| 17:16 FAQ after offer | Objections too late | FAQ still after the offer for flow, but the key doubts (labs, doctors, "not in your head") are handled in Sections 2, 4, 5 before price |
| 18:56 close | Generic fear/hurry | Returns to the opening mirror moment (Section 12) |
5. Compliance-risk list: every claim removed and why
- "Celtic Goddess Ritual", Highland women, "well into their 80s and 90s": invented backstory; unsupported longevity claim.
- "Buried for centuries", "industry silenced researchers", "discredit researchers... silence the women": unfounded conspiracy; accusatory.
- "Harvard Medical School quietly confirmed... 25%": fabricated authority and statistic.
- "Harvard, the Cleveland Clinic, and the NIH have published research... validated": false institutional endorsement.
- "Thousands of women... teachers, mothers, nurses, grandmothers": unsupported count and demographics.
- "Completely renew my thyroid and erase every miserable symptom", "the reset of my thyroid", "complete thyroid reset", "restore your thyroid": disease cure / restore claims.
- "It doesn't just paper over symptoms with another prescription... tests and the pills completely miss the real problem": disparages medication and could lead viewers to stop it.
- "Calm and balance the immune system so it stops attacking your thyroid": disease treatment claim.
- "Your metabolism will shut down completely", "spend tens of thousands on useless medications", "isolated and depressed": fear-based, unsubstantiated.
- "30 pounds of stubborn fat fall off", "fat melting away effortlessly", "your weight doesn't begin to fall": weight-loss promise; now only narrator's own story with results-vary, and no fat-loss promise.
- "Susan in Colorado", "Mary in Florida": invented testimonials.
- "Most women feel a difference within the first couple of weeks": unsubstantiated timing; replaced by 90-day honest expectation.
- "Is this safe? Absolutely." and "Harvard and Cleveland Clinic research confirm...": absolute safety claim and false endorsement; replaced with talk-to-your-clinician guidance.
- "Most popular choice", "by far the most popular option": unverified popularity claims; not stated as fact.
- "World's first complete thyroid recharging formula": unsupported superlative.
- "Savings of $180, $300, $660" vs a $159 price never charged: replaced with two-bottle-rate savings.
- "We often sell out", "supply is limited": fake scarcity.
- Page: "Quantity remaining 173", "Spot Reserved" timer: fake scarcity. "FDA Approved" badge: false; the product is not FDA approved.
- Removed from the script's Jenny Anderson quote: "16 pounds down in a month" (specific weight-loss number).
- Also dropped: "German medical journal quote" as a phrase ("A German journal"); now cited as Frank-Raue & Raue, Deutsches Ärzteblatt International, 2023.
6. Beauty-angle evidence (from the dossier)
- Keen et al., Indian J Dermatol 2013 (n=460 hypothyroid patients): xerosis about 57%, diffuse hair loss about 46%, coarse scalp hair about 29%, facial edema about 29%.
- Safer, Dermatoendocrinology 2011: hypothyroid hair dry/coarse/brittle; loss of the lateral third of eyebrows listed as a classic finding; hair anagen/telogen timing depends on thyroid hormone.
- Cohen et al., Frontiers in Endocrinology 2023: alopecia/telogen effluvium common in hypo; madarosis (lateral eyebrow and eyelash loss); myxedema puffiness including periorbital; nail fragility summary; note that initial shedding can appear as follicles cycle.
- Dossier caveats used in the script: not every change reverses; hair and nails lag a full growth cycle (months); iron, vitamin D, B12, zinc and other causes can mimic; get proper labs and speak to a clinician.
- Dossier problem-language reused as mirror lines: "outer eyebrows disappearing", "hair in the drain, brows on the pencil", "dry skin that laughs at moisturizer", "puffy face that no diet fixes", "tired eyes after 8 hours of sleep". These were paraphrased from Reddit themes; no Reddit posts are quoted as testimonials.
- Limits kept visible in the script: the studies are on people with low thyroid hormone, not on ThyraGlow; the script never claims the capsule treats these signs.

Word count (spoken lines only): 1,072 words | Estimated runtime: about 6:50 at 157 wpm (6:42 at 160 wpm); pauses, the safety card and the end card bring it to 7:00.
Project: complete-thyroid | Brand: ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women | Date: 2026-09-29 | Status: record-ready draft, pending hub confirmations (see Claims map).
Speaker choice for Cody (decide before recording)
- Option A (default, recommended): neutral brand voice. A woman host speaks in first person ("I"/"we") for the brand. No invented biography, no job, no diagnosis, no personal transformation. This script is written this way and needs nothing beyond a host who is comfortable saying "I'm not a doctor."
- Option B: Linda. Only if the hub confirms Linda is a real, releasable person and that her results are atypical (SPINE). It would replace Beat 1 and Beat 2 with her first-person story from the control VSL (fired for falling asleep at her desk, 48, perimenopause, 30 lb, hair/brows back). That story must be reworded to "what I noticed," never a promise. Not written here on purpose: it adds an invented-biography risk and lifts the control's weakest compliance areas.
- Compliance for the host on camera: she must not say she is a doctor, nurse or researcher.

THE SCRIPT
BEAT 1 | 0:00-0:25 | Mirror hook (default hook A)
Long before you noticed the exhaustion, you noticed the mirror.
The brows that no longer reach the edge of your eyes. Hair in the brush, hair in the drain. A puffy face, tired eyes after a full night's sleep, skin that laughs at every moisturizer.
And your energy and the scale doing things you can't explain.
Give me seven minutes. There's a reason your mirror notices first, and it isn't vanity.
[ON-SCREEN]
- 0:00 Host at a bathroom vanity, morning light, looking into the mirror, then turning to camera. The mirror is the visual motif for the whole video: every beat returns to a mirror frame (a round mirror shape used as the wipe/transition and the end card).
- 0:03-0:16 Quick insert cuts, 1.5 s each, on the exact word: brow pencil on a sparse outer brow; hand pulling hair from a brush; a soft-focus puffy morning face; tired eyes in close-up; a moisturizer jar on the counter. Use generic stock/AI-illustrated hands and faces, no "before/after" people, no claims of real customers.
- 0:16-0:20 Text overlay: "Energy. Weight. And the mirror."
- 0:22 Lower third: "ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women". Small footer text: "Education, not medical advice."
Page under the video: H1 above the video "Thyroid support for women who want their glow back.*", bottle image and "Watch (7 min)" badge, a "Choose your package" anchor link. Buy boxes remain below the fold.
BEAT 2 | 0:25-1:15 | "You're not imagining it"
First, you're not imagining it. And you're not vain for caring how you look. You didn't wake up one day and decide to let yourself go.
Maybe you've already had labs done, and the answer was "normal." Maybe you've been told it's stress, or your age, or just what happens in your forties.
Those labs may be perfectly accurate. But a number on a page and how you feel in your own skin are two different measurements. A standard panel looks at a few markers at one moment in time. It can't show you everything your thyroid depends on, and it can't show what your hair and skin are doing this morning.
Good clinicians understand that. So this video isn't about arguing with anyone. It's about understanding your body a little better, and giving it the raw materials it uses.
[ON-SCREEN]
- Host, now seated, warm framing. Cut to a lab-result sheet with "Within normal range" softly highlighted (blank, generic, no real patient data), then to the host's mirror frame again.
- 0:38 Text overlay: "Normal labs. Not normal in the mirror."
- 1:02 Overlay: "Understand it. Support it. Talk to your clinician."
Page under the video: a slim "What women tell themselves" strip is NOT used (it would imply testimonials). Instead: a 4-icon symptom row (Brows and hair / Face and eyes / Skin / Energy and weight), each with a one-line plain caption, no claims.
BEAT 3 | 1:15-2:45 | Why it happens (plain words, four-part system)
So why does the mirror notice first?
Thyroid hormone doesn't only steer energy and weight. Receptors for it sit right in your skin and in your hair follicles.
Published research on low thyroid describes exactly what you may be seeing: dry skin, hair shedding, puffiness in the face, and thinning in the outer third of the eyebrows. In one clinical series of four hundred and sixty people with low thyroid, more than half had dry skin, close to half had diffuse hair loss, and nearly a third had facial puffiness. That's Keen and colleagues, 2013. Dermatology reviews from Safer in 2011 and Cohen in 2023 describe the same pattern.
To be clear, that's research on low thyroid. It isn't about our capsules, and only your clinician can tell you what's happening in your body. But it explains why your face is often the first place it shows.
Now here's the part most people never hear. Healthy thyroid function isn't one thing. Think of it as a four-part system.
One: the gland itself, which needs raw materials, like iodine, to build its hormones.
Two: conversion. Your gland mostly makes T4, the storage form. Your body has to convert it into T3, the active form your cells actually use.
Three: the receptors on your cells, which have to be able to listen.
And four: immune signalling, the background conversation that keeps the whole system calm.
Most of what you hear about only covers part one. Real support looks at all four.
[ON-SCREEN]
- 1:15 Mirror wipe into a clean 2D skin-and-follicle cross-section illustration (soft palette): tiny receptors glowing on a follicle. Label: "Thyroid hormone receptors: skin and hair follicles".
- 1:38-2:00 Stat card, animated, sourced: "460 people with low thyroid: dry skin about 57%, diffuse hair loss about 46%, facial puffiness about 29%. Keen et al., Indian J Dermatol, 2013." Small line: "Published research on low thyroid, not a claim about ThyraGlow."
- 2:00-2:10 Citation strip: Safer 2011 (Dermatoendocrinology); Cohen 2023 (Front Endocrinol).
- 2:12-2:40 Four-part graphic builds one panel per number: 1 Gland (iodine), 2 T4 to T3 conversion, 3 Cell receptors, 4 Immune signalling. Keep the four-panel graphic as the reusable "ThyraGlow Matrix" frame.
Page under the video: a small "The four-part system" diagram section with the same four panels and a "References" accordion (Keen 2013, Safer 2011, Cohen 2023, labeled "published research on low thyroid").
BEAT 4 | 2:45-4:30 | The ThyraGlow formula
That's the thinking behind ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women, and something we call the ThyraGlow Matrix: kelp, bladderwrack, five minerals and six support nutrients, in one formula. Let me walk you through it.
For the gland: kelp and bladderwrack. Two sea vegetables that are natural sources of iodine, the mineral your thyroid uses to build its hormones.
For conversion and protection: selenium, zinc and copper. Selenium is concentrated in thyroid tissue and supports the enzymes involved in turning T4 into T3. Zinc and copper are trace minerals that work alongside it.
Magnesium and manganese round out the mineral team, supporting energy and enzyme activity throughout the body.
Then the six support nutrients. L-tyrosine, an amino acid your body uses as a building block for thyroid hormone. Ashwagandha, a traditional herb used to support a healthy stress response. Vitamin B12, which supports cellular energy. Cayenne extract, traditionally used for warmth and healthy circulation. Schisandra, a traditional berry used to support resilience. And molybdenum, a trace mineral your enzymes rely on.
The amount of every ingredient is printed on the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle.
It's non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free and gluten-free, in a vegetarian capsule, made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility.
And it's simple. Two capsules a day, with food. One routine, instead of a shelf of separate bottles.

BEAT 5 | 4:30-5:20 | What to expect, honestly
Now, what to expect, honestly.
ThyraGlow is a dietary supplement. It isn't a medication, and it isn't meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
For some people, energy and mood may be the first thing they notice. Hair and skin run on longer cycles, because a hair follicle takes months to move through a full cycle. So give it a full ninety days of daily use, and take a photo today to compare. Individual results vary.
One safety note. Kelp and bladderwrack contain iodine. If you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid medication, or you're pregnant or nursing, talk with your healthcare provider before you start, and never change your medication on your own.
[ON-SCREEN]
- 4:30 Host calm, direct to camera, no music bump; mirror frame narrows to a plain white card.

- 5:00-5:12 Full-screen safety card, readable for 5 s: "Talk to your healthcare provider before use if you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid medication, or are pregnant or nursing."
- 5:12 Small text: "Also worth asking about: iron/ferritin, vitamin D, B12."

BEAT 6 | 5:20-6:30 | The offer and choosing a package
So here's how choosing works. It's on the page right below this video.
ThyraGlow comes in three packages. Every bottle is sixty capsules, a thirty-day supply.
The two-bottle package is sixty-nine dollars a bottle, plus nine ninety-seven shipping. That's sixty days.
The three-bottle package is fifty-nine dollars a bottle, with free shipping. That's ninety days, and thirty dollars less than the two-bottle rate.
And the six-bottle package, our best value, is forty-nine dollars a bottle, with free shipping. That covers a full hundred and eighty days, and it's a hundred and twenty dollars less than the two-bottle rate.
If you want to give your body a fair run, three bottles covers ninety days, and six covers the full six months.
Whichever you pick, it's a one-time purchase. No subscription, and no surprise charge next month. There's no countdown clock and no "only a few left," because that's not how we want to earn your trust. The price is the price.
And you're covered by our one hundred eighty day money-back guarantee. Try it properly. If it isn't for you, send it back, even if the bottles are empty, for a refund of the product price.
[ON-SCREEN]
- 5:20 Mirror wipe; the three package renders appear left to right (2 / 3 / 6 bottles, matte white, soft shadows). Lines drop in as each is named: "2 bottles: $69 each + $9.97 shipping"; "3 bottles: $59 each, free shipping, save $30 vs the 2-bottle rate"; "6 bottles: $49 each, free shipping, save $120 vs the 2-bottle rate. BEST VALUE."
- 6:02 Overlay: "One-time purchase. No subscription."
- 6:12-6:30 Guarantee seal, "180-Day Money-Back Guarantee", with the plain-language line: "Refund of the product price. Empty bottles welcome." (shipping wording per hub).
- No timers, no stock counters, no fake "reserved" clocks.

BEAT 7 | 6:30-7:00 | Decisive close
You've spent a long time working around what the mirror shows. The brow pencil. The scarf. The camera angle.
What you may not have done yet is give your thyroid its raw materials, across all four parts of the system, for a full ninety days. That's the whole offer.
And you're covered by the guarantee while you find out.
Scroll down, choose your package, and start your ninety days today. I'd love for the mirror to be the good news.
[ON-SCREEN]
- 6:30 Host, close framing, then the round mirror frame slowly fills with a clean warm light (the "glow").
- 6:42 Overlay: "Choose your package below" with an animated down arrow; the six-bottle render pulses once.
- 6:50-7:00 End card: ThyraGlow logo, tagline "Thyroid support for women who want their glow back.*", small disclaimer, and an autoplay-pause note in the player so the page scrolls down cleanly (player does not loop).
Page under the video: sticky "Choose your package" bar appears on scroll; the video area can shrink to a small corner player while the buy boxes are in view.
Shot list (single-day shoot, plus stock/AI inserts)

- Deliverables: 16:9 master, 9:16 cut of Beats 1-3 for social, 30-s cut (Beat 1 + Beat 6 offer line) for retargeting. Closed captions file.
Five alternate hooks (0:00-0:25, each swaps only Beat 1; Beat 2 begins as written)
Each is about 60-70 spoken words. The recording sequence is the same, so A/B tests cost one extra pickup shot.
Hook B: outer brows ("the thyroid billboard")
Look at the outer edge of your eyebrows. Now look at an old photo. If the tails have quietly disappeared, you're not alone. Dermatology reviews list thinning in the outer third of the eyebrows as a classic sign associated with low thyroid. It isn't always thyroid, and it isn't just genetics either. Stay with me for seven minutes, and I'll show you why your face often notices before your lab report does.
[ON-SCREEN] Macro of a brow with the outer third highlighted by a soft ring; old-vs-now split of the same generic hand-drawn brow illustration (illustration, not a person). Overlay: "Outer third: a classic clue." Cite Safer 2011.
Hook C: puffy "thyroid face"
That puffy face in the morning, the one that no diet, no water bottle and no low-sodium week seems to touch. It isn't always weight, and it isn't because you let yourself go. Published research describes facial puffiness in nearly a third of people with low thyroid. Give me seven minutes, and I'll explain what may be going on beneath the surface.
[ON-SCREEN] Two gentle mirror frames: morning-puffy soft focus and a neutral calm face, both generic stock, no before/after claim. Overlay: "About 29%: facial puffiness in a low-thyroid series (Keen 2013)."
Hook D: hair in the drain
Hair in the drain. Hair on the pillow. Hair in every brush. You've bought the vitamins, the serums, the special shampoo, and it still comes out. Hair follicles have thyroid hormone receptors of their own, which is why your scalp can be one of the first places to notice a shift. Stay with me for seven minutes, and let's start at the root.
[ON-SCREEN] Shower drain close-up; brush with hair; the follicle cross-section illustration. Overlay: "Follicles have thyroid receptors." Cite Safer 2011.
Hook E: dry skin that laughs at moisturizer
You've tried the expensive cream. And the richer cream. And the one your friend swears by. And your skin still feels like sandpaper by lunchtime. When nothing you put on the surface seems to hold, it's fair to ask what's happening underneath. In published research on low thyroid, dry skin was the most common finding. Give me seven minutes, and I'll show you the connection.
[ON-SCREEN] Row of moisturizer jars, a hand with dry flaking skin (macro, generic), fade to a hydrated skin close-up only after the line "underneath". Overlay: "About 57%: dry skin in a low-thyroid series (Keen 2013)."
Hook F: "I don't recognise my face"
Some mornings you catch your reflection and think: who is that? The eyes, the cheeks, the hair, the skin. Nothing is dramatically wrong. It's just not quite you. If you've been searching for the reason, this isn't vanity. Your face, your hair and your skin all carry thyroid hormone receptors. Stay with me for seven minutes, and let's talk about what your mirror is trying to tell you.
[ON-SCREEN] Host reflection slightly out of focus, then snapping sharp as she turns to camera. Overlay: "It's not vanity. It's biology."

My doctor told me my thyroid was completely normal. I was always cold, moody. Couldn't think straight. I was losing half my hair in the shower.
Guess what happened? The very same week my boss called me into her office and fired me for falling asleep at my desk.
But both of them were dead wrong. Because in my desperate fight to get my life back, I uncovered a massive thyroid breakthrough the medical industry has quietly buried for centuries.
It's called the Celtic Goddess Ritual, an ancient remedy once practiced by women in the mist-covered highlands of Scotland to the Emerald Isle, where generation after generation of women stayed slim, radiant, and energetic well into their 80s and 90s.
This ritual was so powerful, so affordable, and so effective, it threatened everything the billion-dollar thyroid industry was built on, which is why it was erased, hidden, and forgotten.
But now it's been rediscovered, a precise combination of natural elements the highland women relied on to thrive long before modern medicine existed.
They didn't call it science back then. They simply knew that when this blend was part of their lives, they had energy, confidence, and strength well into their later years.
And today, it's already been used successfully by thousands of women across the U.S., teachers, mothers, nurses, grandmothers, women who deserve to have their energy, confidence, and metabolism working perfectly again.
The results were life-changing for me.
I went from nearly dead on my feet to having more energy than I know what to do with.
I watched 30 pounds of stubborn fat fall off my body.
I saw my hair, eyebrows, and lashes grow back thicker than ever.
And I saved my career, my self-respect, and my future.
That's why thousands of women now swear by it.
These stories could be your story.
Just imagine waking up rested with boundless energy and crystal-clear focus, slipping back into jeans you haven't worn in years, watching your hair shine again in the mirror, and finally feeling like yourself.
But I have to warn you, if you don't take the right step today, your thyroid will keep declining.
In time, your metabolism will shut down completely.
Your hair may fall out completely, your energy will vanish, and your health, your confidence, and your relationships will suffer.
You'll lose all your vitality, spend tens of thousands on useless medications, and at best, you'll be left isolated and depressed.
Now, if you're a little skeptical, I understand.
I was too.
But as someone who almost lost everything, including my marriage, because of my failing thyroid,
and yet managed to bounce back, completely renew my thyroid, and erase every miserable symptom,
I can tell you this.
You see, the truth is, we've been treating thyroid problems completely wrong.
Even the tests are wrong.
That's why your doctor can hand you lab results stamped normal,
while you're still exhausted, gaining weight, and losing hair by the handful.
And it's why thyroid medications can fail to make you feel better, no matter how long you take them.
Because the tests and the pills completely miss the real problem.
That's what makes this ancient Highland ritual so revolutionary.
It doesn't just paper over symptoms with another prescription.
It works at the deepest level, recharging what modern medicine has ignored for decades,
your entire thyroid system.
For centuries, Highland women used this unique combination to keep their bodies resilient,
their energy steady, and their youth preserved.
And only now is modern research catching up.
And let me warn you, this information threatens one of the most profitable industries on the planet.
The global thyroid drug market rakes in billions every year.
If women like you suddenly realized there was a natural, proven way to restore their thyroid's full power,
the entire industry would collapse.
So, of course, they've worked hard to bury this discovery,
to discredit researchers,
to silence the women who've tried it.
And in the meantime, millions of women suffer.
They suffer the humiliation of being told it's all in your head.
They suffer the frustration of feeling worse year after year,
while faithfully swallowing a pill that never seems to help.
They suffer the heartbreak of losing their hair, their energy, even their marriages,
while being told their labs are just fine.
And who profits from this?
Drug companies pocket billions.
Doctors keep handing out prescriptions that only treat one sliver of your thyroid system.
And the cycle continues, leaving women like us to pick up the pieces.
But despite their efforts to hide it, the truth is finally breaking through.
Because Harvard Medical School quietly confirmed what Highland women seemed to know instinctively centuries ago.
Standard thyroid tests only measure about 25% of your thyroid system.
Think about that for a moment.
Every time you were told your labs were fine,
every time you were dismissed with, it's just stress.
Every time you dragged yourself through another day of exhaustion and brain fog,
even though your results were normal, it wasn't in your head.
It was the test itself that was broken.
And millions of women are paying the price.
And that's why this Forgotten Highland ritual is so different.
It doesn't just target one hormone.
It doesn't just mask symptoms.
It recharges your entire thyroid system,
the very system modern medicine has ignored for decades.
See, your thyroid isn't just a single gland in your neck.
It's an interconnected system with four crucial parts.
If even one of them fails, your whole body suffers.
The first part is your thyroid gland itself.
The part doctors test and obsess over.
It produces T4.
But here's the shocking truth.
T4 is completely inactive on its own.
It's like having a phone without a charger.
Useless.
The second part is your body's ability to convert that inactive T4 into T3.
The active hormone that actually fuels your brain,
your muscles, your heart, and your metabolism.
But stress, toxins, and nutrient deficiencies can shut this conversion down completely.
That's why you can take thyroid meds faithfully and still feel exhausted.
The third part is your thyroid hormone receptors, the little charging ports on every single cell in your body.
If they're clogged, your body can't use thyroid hormones no matter how much you have.
Stress and toxins trigger something called reverse T3, the evil twin that blocks those receptors like gum in a lock.
The fourth part is your immune system.
Most thyroid issues are actually autoimmune, your own body mistakenly attacking your thyroid and even the receptors themselves.
So your gland can't produce hormones and your body can't use them.
Now here's the breakthrough.
The ancient Highland ritual wasn't just a myth.
It was nature's way of supporting all four parts of this thyroid system at once.
And today, modern science has confirmed that the nutrients inside what we now call the Rejuvenate Plus Balance Matrix,
iodine-rich sea plants, selenium, zinc, magnesium, copper, manganese, do the exact same thing.
They nourish the thyroid gland itself so it can produce hormones normally.
They help your body make the vital conversion from T4 to T3.
They keep receptors open and responsive so every cell can get the signal.
And they calm and balance the immune system so it stops attacking your thyroid.
That's why Highland women enjoyed steady energy, glowing skin, thick hair, and healthy weight well into their 80s and 90s.
While modern women are left to suffer with normal labs and no answers,
and when I began using this Rejuvenate Plus Balance Matrix myself,
I could feel my thyroid battery recharging for the first time in years.
The exhaustion lifted.
The fog cleared.
The stubborn weight began to fall away.
And my hair grew back thicker, shinier, stronger.
That's when I realized this wasn't just another Band-Aid.
It was the reset of my thyroid and my entire body had been begging for.
And here's what shocked me the most.
Modern science is finally confirming what Highland women instinctively knew centuries ago.
Harvard Medical School, the Cleveland Clinic, and even the National Institutes of Health
have published research showing exactly how stress, toxins, medications, and nutrient deficiencies drain the thyroid system,
while specific minerals and compounds recharge it.
In other words, the very elements that make up what we now call the Rejuvenate Plus Balance Matrix
are being validated by some of the most respected medical institutions in the world.
This matrix is a precise combination of iodine-rich nutrients, spark minerals, and protective compounds
that together support all four parts of the thyroid system.
And it's not just me who's seen the difference.
Thousands of women across America are already using this Highland-inspired formula
to renew their energy, confidence, and vitality.
Like Susan in Colorado, who says,
Every morning, I woke up more exhausted than when I went to bed.
I tried medications, supplements, diets.
Nothing worked.
When I found this ritual, it was like flipping a switch.
The fatigue is gone.
My hair is growing back, and I feel 20 years younger.
And Mary in Florida shared,
I had almost given up.
Doctors told me my labs were normal,
but I knew I was falling apart.
The Rejuvenate Plus Balance Matrix completely restored me.
I'm back to hiking with my friends,
cooking for my family,
and feeling alive again.
These stories could be your story.
Because when your thyroid system finally works the way nature intended,
everything changes.
The exhaustion lifts.
The stubborn fat melts.
The brain fog clears.
And your hair, skin, and mood return to what they should be.
I know this may sound too good to be true.
I felt the same way at first.
But when you see the research,
when you hear the stories,
and when you experience the transformation yourself,
you'll understand why this Rejuvenate Plus Balance Matrix
is the last hope for women
who thought they had no options left.
And in just a moment,
I'll show you exactly how to begin using it safely,
easily,
and effectively,
starting today.
But there was one big problem.
When I first uncovered the Celtic Goddess ritual,
it wasn't neat or simple.
It required hunting down obscure ingredients,
carefully measuring them out in exact proportions,
and preparing them in a way that tasted, frankly, awful.
Some days I thought,
this is working,
but how can I keep this up forever?
That's when I realized,
this ritual wasn't just folklore.
It was built on a specific nutrient blend,
what modern science now calls
the Rejuvenate Plus Balance Matrix.
So I worked with a team of nutrition scientists
to do something Highland women never could,
capture this matrix in its purest, most potent form,
and deliver it in a simple capsule.
That way,
modern women could finally experience
the same transformation
without the mess,
the guesswork,
or the awful taste.
And after months of testing and perfecting,
we succeeded.
The result is the world's first
complete thyroid recharging formula,
inspired by the Celtic Goddess ritual.
I'm pleased to introduce Complete Thyroid,
the first formula that brings
the Rejuvenate Plus Balance Matrix
into your daily life.
It's unlike anything you've ever tried before.
And here's why it's so powerful.
It nourishes your thyroid gland
with the exact minerals it craves.
It helps your body convert inactive T4
into the active energy hormone T3.
It keeps your cellular receptors clear
so thyroid hormones can actually be used.
And it balances your immune system
so it stops attacking your thyroid.
Just two small capsules each morning
are all it takes.
No hunting for rare ingredients,
no confusing recipes,
no foul taste.
Complete Thyroid makes the ancient Highland wisdom
of the Celtic Goddess ritual
available to women everywhere
in a safe, simple, effective form.
That's why women across the country
are raving about complete thyroid,
more energy to get through the day
without crashing,
pounds of stubborn fat
melting away effortlessly,
clearer skin and thicker hair
that makes them feel beautiful again,
and a calm, steady mood
that makes them feel like themselves.
I don't exaggerate when I say it's life-changing
because I lived it,
and now you can too.
Now, let me ask you something important.
How much would it be worth
to finally end the cycle of exhaustion,
brain fog, weight gain,
and thinning hair
and feel like yourself again?
When we first created Complete Thyroid
with all the testing,
premium ingredients,
and careful formulation,
we calculated we'd need to charge
nearly $200 per bottle
just to cover costs.
But I didn't create this
to make it impossible to afford.
I created this so
every woman struggling
with thyroid problems
could finally have hope.
So instead of $200
or even $159
that I was told it should sell for,
today, on this page only,
you can get started
with our two-bottle starter pack
for just $69 per bottle.
That's a savings of $180
shared directly with you.
That's the perfect way
to begin your thyroid recharge journey.
But most women don't stop there
because they know
their thyroid system
didn't fail overnight.
It takes consistent support
to fully restore.
That's why our three-bottle pack,
a full 90-day supply,
has quickly become
one of our most popular choices.
With this package,
your cost drops
to just $59 per bottle,
saving you $300 instantly
compared to the starter pack.
And for women
who are truly ready
to reclaim their health,
their energy,
and their confidence
for the long run,
there's the six-bottle
Highland Goddess Package.
The six-bottle
Highland Goddess Package
is by far
the most popular option.
It gives you
a full 180 days of support.
This is the smartest choice
because not only
does it give your thyroid
a full six months
of daily support,
it also gives you
the deepest discount possible,
just $49 per bottle,
and a whopping savings
of $660.
That's less than half
of what we originally thought
we'd have to charge.
And it locks in your supply
so you don't risk running out.
That's why our
Complete Thyroid Packages
are designed to make it
simple and affordable
to keep your thyroid system
fully recharged
with the Rejuvenate
Plus Balance Matrix.
So here's my heartfelt advice.

start with two bottles.
If you're serious,
choose three bottles,
our most popular option.
But if you're determined
to get your life back
and you want
the absolute best deal,
take the six-bottle
Highland Goddess Package.
And remember,
no matter which option
you choose,
you're completely protected
by our 180-day
no-questions-asked

and your hair and confidence
don't return,
then you pay nothing.
That's how certain
we are this works.
So click below,
choose your package,

ThyraGlow — Long-Form Sales Letter (Traditional Funnel, Front End)
[SECTION: headline | hero]
Headline candidates (3):
- A (CHOSEN): Your Labs Say "Normal." Your Brows, Your Hair and Your Face Say Something Else.
- B (alternate): Thinning Outer Brows. Hair in the Drain. A Puffy Face. Tired Eyes. And a Doctor Who Says Your Thyroid Is "Fine."
- C (alternate): If Every Cream, Every Hair Vitamin and Every Diet Has Failed You, Look Upstream: The Thyroid Nutrients Most Women Are Never Told About
Why A: it names the mirror first (the dossier's most repeated complaint), it carries the "normal labs" identification line in ten words, and it makes no disease claim. Alternate B is stronger for cold social traffic that already knows the symptoms. Alternate C is stronger for skincare-frustrated readers.
Pre-headline (Johnson-box line): For women 35 and over who are tired of hearing "your labs are normal."
Your Labs Say "Normal." Your Brows, Your Hair and Your Face Say Something Else.
Subhead: What published research says your thyroid has to do with your skin, hair, brows and energy, and the thirteen nutrients a thyroid uses, together in one bottle.
By the ThyraGlow team, with a note from Linda Martinez, one of the women behind this formula
[IMAGE: Hero. Matte white ThyraGlow bottle (3D real-label render, Roseann-style matte) standing on a pale stone bathroom counter beside a hand mirror, soft morning window light, lavender and warm-cream palette. No face, no before/after. Alt text: "ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women"]
[BULLETS: "Many women describe..." experience card, two columns, soft dot markers (round 3: experiences, not a diagnosis checklist; closing line "These can have many causes; your clinician can check.")]
- Hair in the shower drain, on the brush, on your shoulders
- Outer brows thinning, and a pencil you now cannot skip
- A face that looks puffy or round, even when you eat carefully
- Skin that shrugs off every moisturizer
- Under-eyes that look tired after a full night in bed
- Nails that peel before your polish does
- Energy that never quite arrives, and a fog that will not lift
- A weight that will not move, and lab results that say "normal"
[SECTION: mirror-moment | story]
You Saw It in the Mirror Before Anyone Said a Word
It usually happens on an ordinary morning.
You are standing under the bathroom light. You lean in to do your brows and realize the outer tails are simply not there anymore. You pull your hair into a ponytail and the ponytail feels like a different ponytail. You touch your cheek and it looks fuller than it did last spring, and you have not changed a single thing about how you eat.
You put on the moisturizer that cost too much. Ten minutes later, the dry patch is right where it was.
Then you look at the photo someone tagged you in and you think, quietly, so nobody hears it: That does not look like me.
If you have had that thought, this letter is for you. Not because we are going to tell you that a capsule is the answer to everything. It is not. We are going to walk you through what published research actually says about how the thyroid shows up in your skin, your hair and your face. Then we are going to tell you what a thyroid uses, why it is hard to get all of it in one place, and what we built about it.
Some of what you read will be uncomfortable. Some of it will feel like a relief. Both are fine.
[CALLOUT: "One promise before we start"]
We will not tell you ThyraGlow treats, cures or fixes a thyroid condition. It does not. We will not tell you the sky is falling, that you are about to sell out of anything, or that doctors are hiding something. What we will do is show you our sources, say plainly what we do not know, and give you a way to try this with the risk on us. Read the safety box near the middle of this page first if you take thyroid medication or have a thyroid condition.
[/CALLOUT]
[SECTION: identification | story]
"It's Not in Your Head." In Women's Own Words
Women describe this in different words. The shape of it is often similar.
"I'm not lazy. I sleep eight hours and I wake up tired."
"My hair is coming out in handfuls and my doctor says it's stress."
"My face looks puffy and I barely eat."
"I have done everything right and my labs are 'fine.'"
"Nobody sees it but me. And my mirror."
These are paraphrases of themes we found again and again while researching this letter, in women's own words in public health communities. They are not customer testimonials, and we are not presenting them as such. We share them for one reason. If you recognize yourself, you are not alone in it.
Here is what usually comes next. You do the responsible thing. You book the appointment. Someone draws blood. A few days later you get a portal message, or a smile and a handshake: Your levels look normal.
And you feel two things at once. Relief, because nothing scary showed up. And a strange, private grief, because you still feel like a photocopy of yourself, and now the one person you asked has told you that you are fine.
So you try the next thing. A new shampoo. A serum. A collagen powder. A cleanse. A stricter diet. A harder workout. A brow gel. A concealer for the under-eyes.
Some of it helps a little. None of it explains why.
Published research on women in midlife points to part of the answer. A 2023 review of thyroid dysfunction in peri- and postmenopausal women (Frank-Raue and Raue, Deutsches Ärzteblatt International) describes how thyroid problems in women can be mistaken for depression, menopause or stress, because the symptoms overlap so much. [1] It does not say every tired woman has a thyroid problem. It says the overlap is real, and that it is easy to miss.
That is the whole reason this page exists. Not to diagnose you. To make sure you have the question.
[SECTION: why-advice-fails | story]
Why the Usual Advice Keeps Missing It
Let us be fair to everyone involved, because most of the people you have seen were trying to help.
A standard thyroid screen is a good first step. It is a narrow one. Most routine checks look at one number, usually TSH. That number is a useful signal for your clinician. It is not a picture of how you feel, how your skin behaves, how your hair cycles or how your face holds fluid. "Within range" means within a statistical range. It does not always mean "nothing to see here."
Range is not the same as you. A range is built from a population. You are a person. Some women feel their best in one part of a range and worse in another. That is a conversation to have with a clinician who will listen, and we will say more about it below.
The mirror symptoms get filed under "cosmetic." Thinning brows, dry skin, puffiness and shedding are treated as vanity problems and sent to the pharmacy aisle. But dermatology research describes these as recognized skin and hair findings in thyroid disease. We will show you the numbers in a minute.
Everything overlaps. Perimenopause, stress, iron levels, poor sleep, and yes, thyroid, can all look alike from the outside. This is honestly hard, and it is why no honest company can tell you that a bottle is the explanation for how you look and feel. Iron and vitamin D matter for hair. B12 matters for energy. Sleep matters for everything.
So here is the position we take, and we take it on purpose:
[CALLOUT: "Our position"]
See your clinician. Ask for a complete workup, including thyroid labs, ferritin (your iron stores), vitamin D and B12. Take their advice. If you take thyroid medication, keep taking it exactly as prescribed. Then look at what you can do on the nutrition side, every day, with your clinician's knowledge.
[/CALLOUT]
ThyraGlow lives in that last sentence. It is a daily nutritional support for women. It is not a test, a diagnosis, a treatment or a substitute for the care above.
[CALLOUT: "Seven questions worth bringing to your appointment"]
- "Beyond TSH, which thyroid labs make sense for me, and how often should they be repeated?"
- "Can we check my ferritin, vitamin D and B12 as well? My hair and energy are my main concerns."
- "My labs are in range. Where do I sit within that range, and does that matter for how I feel?"
- "Could anything I take, like a medication, biotin or an iron pill, be affecting my results or my hair?"
- "Given my age and stage, how might perimenopause or menopause be overlapping with what I am noticing?"
- "Is there anything in my skin, hair or brows that you would want to look at more closely?"
- "If I add a nutritional supplement, is there anything in my history that means I should not?"
[/CALLOUT]
You do not need a special vocabulary. You need a written list and permission to ask. A good clinician will be glad you came prepared. If yours is not, that is information too.
[SECTION: four-part-system | mechanism]
Your Thyroid Is Not One Thing. It Is a System With Four Working Parts.
Most of us were taught that the thyroid is a small butterfly-shaped gland in the neck that makes a hormone. That is true, and it is about a quarter of the story. The way we find it useful to think about it is as a four-part system. If any part is short of what it needs, the whole chain feels it.
[IMAGE: Custom illustration, four connected circles in a soft lavender and cream palette, labeled 1 Gland, 2 Conversion, 3 Cell Receptors, 4 Immune Balance. Simple line-art, no anatomy gore, editorial magazine style.]
Part 1: The gland
The thyroid gland takes iodine from what you eat and combines it with an amino acid called tyrosine to build thyroid hormone. It mostly makes T4, a storage form. Iodine is not optional here. It is a raw material. The American Thyroid Association publishes general patient information on iodine and thyroid function, and it is one of the best-known facts in all of endocrinology. [7]
Part 2: The conversion
T4 is the storage form. Your body has to convert it into T3, the active form that your cells actually use. That conversion depends on enzymes that need certain minerals to work. Selenium and zinc are the best-known examples. [6] This is why, in the research on trace elements and the thyroid, minerals turn up again and again. They are not glamorous. They are the workers on the line. [6][10]
Part 3: The cell receptors
Hormone is only useful if a cell can receive it. Thyroid hormone receptors are found in many tissues, including skin and hair follicles. [2] Think of them as charging ports. That matters for this letter, because those two tissues are exactly where your mirror is looking.
Part 4: The immune balance
In many women, thyroid trouble is autoimmune, meaning the immune system is involved. This is squarely medical territory. It is a job for your clinician and, often, an endocrinologist. We include it for completeness, and to be plain about it: ThyraGlow is not an immune treatment and we make no claim that it acts on autoimmune thyroid disease.
So which parts does a nutritional formula speak to? Honestly, mainly parts 1 and 2. The raw materials (iodine, tyrosine) and the minerals the conversion depends on (selenium, zinc, copper, magnesium, manganese). Everything you will read below about ThyraGlow lives in that lane.
[PULLQUOTE] A thyroid formula can only offer the raw materials. Your body, your clinician and time do the rest.
[SECTION: mirror-notices-first | mechanism]
Why Your Mirror Notices First
Here is where it gets interesting.
Skin and hair are among the most active tissues in your body. A hair follicle is a small, fast-cycling factory. Skin renews itself continuously. Both are rich in thyroid hormone receptors. [2] When the thyroid system is under-supplied or out of balance, tissues that turn over quickly can show it early. That is a plain-language summary of what dermatology reviews describe. It is not a claim about you.
Here is what the published literature actually documents.
A clinical series of 460 people with an underactive thyroid (Keen et al., Indian Journal of Dermatology, 2013) recorded these skin findings: [4]
- Dry skin (xerosis) in about 57%
- Diffuse hair loss in about 46%
- Coarse scalp hair in about 29%
- Facial puffiness in about 29%
Two important honesty notes. These were people who had a diagnosed underactive thyroid, not the general population. And the study describes what was observed. It does not say a supplement changes it.
Outer-third eyebrow loss is described in the dermatology literature as a classic sign clinicians look for in thyroid disease, and the same reviews describe it as neither exclusive to thyroid nor always present. [2][3][5] In other words: thinning outer brows are a reason to ask a question, not an answer.
Facial and eyelid puffiness has a mechanism the literature describes: in an underactive thyroid, a gel-like substance can accumulate in the skin and hold fluid, which produces a puffy, doughy look that is not the same as weight gain. [2][3] It is one reason "I barely eat and my face is round" is a real experience and not a character flaw.
Nails belong here too. In a systematic review of nail changes in underactive thyroid, fragility, slow growth and thinning were commonly reported. [3]
Under-eyes deserve a careful sentence. Puffy lids and tired-looking eyes are part of the facial picture the literature describes. [3] But dark circles also follow iron deficiency, allergies and sleep. We will not pretend one cause explains them. Get your ferritin checked.
This is also why so many of the things that promise to help your hair and skin can feel like paying for a stronger paint over a crack in the wall. A shampoo works on the strand. A serum works on the surface. Neither is built to speak to the tissue's own supply lines. That does not make them useless, and you should keep using what you like. It just means that if nothing on your counter has ever quite worked, it may be worth looking upstream as well as at the surface. That is not a claim that any one thing is the cause. It is a reason to ask.
[CALLOUT: "What this does and does not mean"]
It does mean the things you notice in your mirror are not random and not vain. Researchers have described them for decades.
It does not mean your brows, hair or skin are caused by your thyroid. Many things cause them.
It does not mean ThyraGlow addresses any of them. We make no such claim.
What it means is that the thyroid is worth understanding and worth feeding well.
[/CALLOUT]

[Section note: "Linda" is a persona used in the control funnel. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: is Linda a real, releasable person? Are her results atypical and does she consent to this text? Keep data-verify marker until confirmed.]]
What One Woman Noticed
This part is written in the first person by Linda Martinez, one of the women behind ThyraGlow. It is her experience. It is not typical, and it is not a promise of anything. [VERIFY]
I am going to tell you about the worst stretch of my adult life, and I am going to keep it plain.
I am 48. For about six years, I felt like a ghost in my own life. Relentless tiredness. Weight that crept on. Words that disappeared mid-sentence. I would stand in the kitchen and forget why I had walked in. My mood swung. I snapped at my kids and pulled away from my husband and cried in the shower for reasons I could not name.
I was in perimenopause, and I started to believe the best version of me was behind me.
I did what I was told. Low-carb. Hormone panels. Green smoothies. Stress journaling. My husband drove me to more than a dozen appointments over the years. He listened, he nodded, he supported me. Even he could not see how bad it had gotten.
Three different doctors ran bloodwork. Each time: "Your levels look normal." A smile. A handshake. "Maybe try managing your stress."
I want to be fair to them. I am not going to tell you my doctors were wrong or careless. I am telling you what it felt like: like I was being told I was fine by people looking at one number, while I was living in the rest of my body.
Then one night at 2:14 a.m. I had nine browser tabs open, like a hundred nights before. I found the review paper I mentioned earlier, about how thyroid problems in women are so often mistaken for depression, menopause or stress. [1] I read it four times.
It did not tell me I had a thyroid problem. It told me my question was a reasonable one.
So I stopped asking "what is wrong with me" and started asking "what does a thyroid actually run on?" I read everything I could find on iodine, on selenium, on zinc, on the trace elements. I brought what I found to my healthcare provider and kept working with them. And I started taking a nutrient formula built around those raw materials.
I did not expect miracles. I wanted to feel human again.
Here is what I noticed, in the order I noticed it. This is my experience only.
Within a few days, I noticed steadier energy. Not jittery. More like someone had plugged me back in. I woke without dread. My head felt clearer. My skin stopped flaking. I could remember where I put my phone.
By week two, I had lost 3 pounds. By the end of the first month, I was down 8, and I was not trying. Over the months that followed, my hair grew back thicker, my lashes grew, and my confidence came back. I have lost about 30 pounds in total. I know how that sounds, and I know it is not what most people will see. It is what happened to me.
One day I dropped my daughter at school and ran into an old friend. She stopped mid-sentence. "Wow, you look amazing." Before I could answer, my daughter said, "She really does."
I nearly cried in that parking lot. When you have felt invisible for years, being seen is like being handed back a piece of yourself.
I am not telling you this to say a supplement rescued me. I did a lot of things. I kept working with my healthcare provider. I changed how I ate and how I slept. I gave it time. What I can say is that I finally stopped ignoring the question I had been asked to stop asking, and that when I looked at what I put in my body, one of the biggest changes I made was giving it what it uses.
That is the honest version. The mirror noticed. I did too.

[SECTION: what-nature-offers | mechanism]
What Nature Offers a Thyroid: Two Sea Vegetables and Five Minerals
If a thyroid runs on raw materials, the obvious question is: what raw materials, and from where? Here is what we looked at.
Kelp: the iodine source
Kelp is a brown seaweed and one of the most iodine-rich foods there is. Your thyroid needs iodine to make its hormones. That is not a marketing line, it is basic physiology. [7]
Now, the honest part. Iodine is a nutrient where "more" is not always "better." Studies have looked at iodine and kelp supplementation and thyroid function in healthy adults, and the findings show that thyroid function responds to iodine intake in both directions. [8][9] That is exactly why we say to talk with your healthcare provider before using ThyraGlow if you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication. We mean it. It is not boilerplate.
Bladderwrack: kelp's partner
Bladderwrack is another brown seaweed, traditionally used in seaweed-based nutrition, and it also contributes iodine. There is limited research on it. One small published case report followed three premenopausal women and looked at bladderwrack and their hormonal status. [11] It was three women. We mention it because it is the kind of thing worth knowing exists, and because it is far too small to prove anything. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: confirm bladderwrack iodine contribution and presence on the Supplement Facts panel.]
Five minerals a thyroid works with
The trace-element literature keeps returning to the same names. In ThyraGlow they are:
- Selenium. A trace mineral your body uses in the enzymes involved in converting T4 to T3. [6]
- Zinc. Involved in thyroid hormone metabolism and one of the minerals discussed in trace-element research on thyroid function. [6][10]
- Copper. A trace element studied alongside zinc and selenium in how minerals interact with thyroid function. [10]
- Magnesium. Involved in hundreds of enzyme reactions, including those tied to energy production. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: primary source]
- Manganese. A trace mineral involved in metabolism and normal nervous system function. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: primary source]
One of the findings we found most useful in the research is not about any single mineral. It is that trace elements interact with each other. [10] Too little of one, or too much of another, can matter. That is a good argument for a formula built by someone who knows the interactions rather than five separate bottles bought at random.
Six supporting nutrients
Around that core, ThyraGlow adds six more:
- L-Tyrosine. The amino acid your thyroid combines with iodine to build its hormones.
- Ashwagandha. A traditional adaptogenic herb, used for centuries for general wellbeing and stress resilience. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: wording and dose-level source before publishing any mechanism claim]
- Vitamin B12. A vitamin involved in normal energy metabolism.
- Cayenne extract. A traditional botanical, included as a circulation-supporting ingredient. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM]
- Schisandra. A berry traditionally used in herbal wellness. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM]
- Molybdenum. A trace mineral your body uses in normal nutrient metabolism.
All of this is described as nutritional support. Exact amounts are on the Supplement Facts panel on every bottle and on this page.
[IMAGE: Ingredient photography, flat-lay on pale linen: dried kelp, bladderwrack fronds, a few capsules, a sprig of cayenne, a small bowl of pale schisandra berries, a sprig of ashwagandha root. Natural light, no logos, honest and slightly imperfect. Caption: "The raw materials."]

[SECTION: why-one-formula | story]
Why We Built ONE Formula, and Why It Is Made for Women
When Linda started, she did what a lot of us would do. She bought a bottle of kelp. Then a selenium. Then a zinc. Then a magnesium. Then a "thyroid blend" that had one of the five in it and a proprietary something. Her cupboard looked like a small pharmacy and nothing on it was designed to work with the others.
That is a real problem. Trace minerals interact. [10] Doses matter, ratios matter, and a bottle built by a marketer around a single hero ingredient is not the same as a formula built around a system.
So Linda teamed up with Cody Bramlett, founder of Science Natural Supplements, and worked with his lab's lead formulator for months on one goal: put the raw materials a thyroid uses, in one formula, in one daily serving, built for the reality of a woman's life. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: "months", and formulator role]
Why "for women"?
We did not start with the pink bottle. We started with a pattern in the research.
Thyroid problems are far more common in women than in men. That is well established. And the timing matters. The thyroid does not sit alone. It sits in the middle of a set of systems, including your sex hormones and your stress response, that research suggests interact. Frank-Raue and Raue, in their 2023 review of thyroid dysfunction in peri- and postmenopausal women, describe thyroid trouble becoming more common at exactly the life stage when estrogen is shifting. [1]
Here is a way to hold it.
Estrogen. Research suggests estrogen and thyroid function interact. [1] Life stages when estrogen changes (postpartum, perimenopause, menopause) are stages when many women first start asking about their thyroid.
Cortisol. Your stress hormone. Research suggests the stress response and the thyroid influence each other. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: add a primary citation for the cortisol-thyroid interplay before this line ships]
Testosterone. We tend to think of it as a men's hormone. Women make and use it too. Research suggests it also interacts with the thyroid. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: add a primary citation for testosterone-thyroid interplay in women]
We are not claiming ThyraGlow changes any of those hormones. It does not. We are saying something more modest and, we think, more useful: a woman's thyroid lives in a busier neighborhood than a man's, and a formula for women should be designed by people who remember that.
[CALLOUT: "What is ThyraGlow, in one honest paragraph?"]
ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women is a daily dietary supplement. Two capsules a day, with food. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, which is 30 days. It combines two sea vegetables (kelp and bladderwrack) with five minerals and six supporting nutrients. It is non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free and gluten-free, in a vegetarian capsule with no artificial colors or preservatives. It is made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: GMP certificate on file; add third-party testing only when a COA and lab name exist] It is not a drug, and it is not for treating any disease.
[/CALLOUT]
We call the combination the ThyraGlow Matrix, because the point of it is that it works as a set, not as a list.
"Why not just buy the ingredients one at a time?"
You can. Some women do, and it is a reasonable question. Here is the honest comparison.
Buying separately gives you control. You choose every dose. If you and your clinician want a specific amount of one mineral, single-ingredient products are the right tool.
Buying separately also gives you homework. Five or six bottles. Different serving sizes, different times of day, different labels to read. It is easy to lose track after a few weeks, and consistency is the whole game with a nutrient routine.
Minerals do not live in isolation. The research on trace elements says they interact, and that both too little and too much of one can matter. [10] A formula is one person's attempt to balance that on your behalf. It is not magic, and it is not right for everyone. It is convenient, and it is built around a single idea.
So if you want to build your own, please do, with your clinician. If you would rather take two capsules with breakfast and get on with your day, that is what ThyraGlow is for.

[SECTION: who-this-is-for | safety]
Who ThyraGlow Is For, and Who Should Talk to a Clinician First
[CALLOUT: "Read this before you order"]
ThyraGlow may be a good fit if you are:
- An adult woman who wants a daily nutritional foundation for her thyroid system
- Working with a clinician on your overall health and want to add nutrition on purpose
- Willing to give it a fair 90-day try, with the money-back guarantee behind you
Talk with your healthcare provider BEFORE you take ThyraGlow if you:
- Have a thyroid condition of any kind (including Hashimoto's or Graves' disease)
- Take thyroid medication or any other prescription medication
- Are pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive
- Are sensitive to iodine or seafood, or have been told to limit iodine
- Have an upcoming thyroid test, scan or procedure (tell your clinician you take a kelp-containing supplement)
- Are under 18
Never stop or change a prescribed medication because of anything you read here. ThyraGlow is not a replacement for medication.
[/CALLOUT]
That is not fine print. It is the most important box on this page. If a company will not tell you who should not take its product, do not buy from that company.
[SECTION: what-to-expect | timeline]
What to Expect, Honestly
We will not promise you a date. We would rather give you a clock, and be honest that it is not the same for everyone.
In the first days to weeks. Some people may notice steadier energy, a calmer mood or a clearer head fairly early. Linda did. Others notice nothing at first. Both are normal. Do not judge it by week one.
Around one to two months. This is when many people start to notice the quieter changes, like how they feel by mid-afternoon, or whether the fog is thinner. Skin tends to be an earlier reporter than hair, because skin renews itself in weeks.
Three months and beyond. Hair and nails run on their own slow calendar. A hair follicle cycles through growing, resting and shedding phases that play out over months. Nails grow out at a fixed, patient pace. Dermatology reviews say the same about the effect of correcting an underlying thyroid problem medically: skin and puffiness tend to respond over weeks, hair and nails over months, and not every change is fully reversible. [2][3] That is the clock biology sets for anything that touches those tissues, so it is the honest clock for your expectations too.
That is why we ask you to think of a bottle as a 30-day serving of raw materials and a fair test as 90 days. Not because we want you to buy more. Because it would be dishonest to tell you that a follicle can be hurried.
A simple daily routine
Take two capsules with food, once a day, with a full glass of water. Breakfast works well because it is the meal you are least likely to skip. Put the bottle next to the coffee maker or your toothbrush, wherever you already stop every morning. A routine you will actually keep beats a perfect one you will not.
If you forget a day, do not double up. Just take your next serving as usual. If you take any prescription medication, ask your clinician whether the timing matters, and follow what they say.
[CALLOUT: "Three things that help you judge it fairly"]
- Take a "before" that is not a photo of your worst day. Same light, same spot, once a month. Use a few notes on energy, sleep and mood as well. Memory is a poor witness.
- Keep the rest of the picture in view. Iron, vitamin D, B12, sleep and stress all matter for how you look and feel. Ask your clinician about them.
- Change one thing at a time when you can. If you change five things at once, you will not know what worked.
[/CALLOUT]
Individual results vary. Some women notice a lot. Some notice a little. Some notice nothing, and that is exactly why the guarantee below runs for a full 180 days.

Choose Your ThyraGlow Supply
Every bottle is 60 capsules. Take two a day with food, and a bottle lasts 30 days. This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no auto-billing and no membership.
Because a fair test is 90 days, here is how the three options compare. All savings below are measured against the 2-bottle price you can see in the first box, so you can check the math yourself.
2 bottles ($69 each): 60-day supply. $138, plus $9.97 shipping and handling. About $2.47 a day including shipping. A good way to start if you would like to see how you feel before going longer.
3 bottles ($59 each): 90-day supply. $177, with free shipping. That is $30 less than three bottles at the 2-bottle price. About $1.97 a day. This covers the full 90-day fair test.
6 bottles ($49 each): 180-day supply, Best Value. $294, with free shipping. That is $120 less than six bottles at the 2-bottle price. About $1.63 a day. Hair and nails grow slowly, so give any routine at least 90 days before you judge it; six bottles also means you will not have to think about re-ordering for six months.
Everything is covered by the 180-day guarantee below.

The 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We built this guarantee to be longer than the test you actually need.
Try ThyraGlow for up to 180 days from your order date. That is six full months, long enough for a hair cycle and a nail to grow out. If for any reason you are not happy, contact us and send back what you have, even empty bottles, and we will refund the price of the product. Shipping and handling are not refunded. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: exact refund wording, return address and support contact]
No forms that go nowhere. No "prove you followed the protocol." No hard feelings.
We are able to offer this because we would like you to make the decision on the strength of how you feel, not on the strength of our adjectives. The risk should be ours to carry, not yours.

What One Customer Said About the Original Formula
ThyraGlow is the new name for the formula previously sold as Complete Thyroid. This statement came from a customer of that formula and is shown word for word. Individual results may vary. Testimonials reflect individual experience and are not a guarantee of any result.
[VERIFY: the testimonial below (Bo) is the control's existing text, verbatim; Marcus, Jenny Anderson, Carly and Kendra were removed in round 2 (weight-loss numbers, '7 key ingredients', duplicate) and Jennifer was removed in round 3 (causation claim about her thyroid; her quote also named the product, and quotes are never edited). Hub must confirm each is a real customer, that a release is on file, and whether a "verified buyer" label may be used. Each block carries data-verify="testimonial".]
"It's like someone lifted the fog from above my eyes. I'm thinking so much clearer now, and I can concentrate for longer stretches without feeling mentally exhausted. This is amazing!"
Bo [VERIFY]
[BUILDER NOTE, do not render] Round 3: only Bo remains. Quotes are shown verbatim or not at all; no product-name edits inside quotes. Collect verified reviews after launch (hub item).
We also want to be direct about the limits of testimonials. They show that some people had an experience they wanted to tell us about. They do not show what will happen to you, and the people who write to us are not a random sample. That is one more reason the guarantee runs for 180 days.

[SECTION: faq | objection]
Questions We Get Asked
[FAQ]
How do I take ThyraGlow?
Two capsules a day, ideally with food. That is it. There is no special timing, no cycling and no complicated routine. If you forget a day, take your next dose as usual and do not double up.
When will I notice a difference?
It varies. Some women notice steadier energy, mood or focus within days to weeks. Skin often follows on the scale of a few weeks. Hair and nails run on a slower, months-long calendar. We suggest giving it a fair 90 days. Some women will notice more, some less, and some nothing at all. That is why the guarantee is 180 days.
Do I have to take it forever?
No. ThyraGlow is a daily nutritional supplement, like a multivitamin. You take it for as long as it makes sense for you, and you can stop any time. There is no contract, and nothing about it is habit-forming. Talk with your healthcare provider about how long is right for you.
Is it safe to take with thyroid medication?
Please talk with your healthcare provider before you start. ThyraGlow contains kelp and bladderwrack, which are natural sources of iodine, along with other nutrients. Iodine intake can affect thyroid function, and your clinician needs to know everything you take. Do not stop or change your medication because of this page, and do not take ThyraGlow at the same time as a medication without your clinician's guidance. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: any spacing guidance requires clinician/regulatory review]
Does ThyraGlow treat or cure a thyroid condition?
No. It is a dietary supplement intended to provide nutritional support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have symptoms that worry you, see your clinician.
What if it does not work for me?
Then send it back. You have 180 days, and empty bottles are fine. We will refund the product price. Shipping and handling are not refunded.
Will I be enrolled in a subscription or auto-billed?
No. This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic rebilling.
Where is it made?
In the USA, in a GMP-certified facility. [OPERATOR-CONFIRM: facility name on file; third-party testing is not claimed until a COA and lab name exist; do not add "FDA-inspected" or "FDA-approved" anywhere]
What if I have dietary restrictions?
ThyraGlow is non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free and gluten-free. The capsule is vegetarian. There are no artificial colors or preservatives. It contains kelp and bladderwrack (seaweed), so if you have a seafood or iodine sensitivity, talk with your clinician first.
Which option should I choose?
If you want to try it before committing, start with 2 bottles. If you want to give it the full 90-day fair test, 3 bottles covers it. If you would like to run two full 90-day cycles and pay the lowest price per bottle, 6 bottles is the best value, with free shipping. All three are covered by the same 180-day guarantee.

[SECTION: close | story]
Back to That Bathroom Mirror
Remember where we started? Bathroom light. A ponytail that felt different. Brows that were not where you left them. A photo that did not look like you.
Nothing in this letter changes what you saw. What we hope it changes is the story you have been telling yourself about it.
You are not lazy. You are not vain. You are not imagining it. Skin, hair, brows, nails and the shape of your face are things researchers have documented in relation to the thyroid for decades. A "normal" number on one test is a good start, and it is not the last word on how you feel. And you are allowed to ask better questions.
Here is the plan we would suggest, in this order:
- See your clinician. Ask for a full workup: thyroid labs, ferritin, vitamin D and B12. Bring this page if it helps.
- Keep taking any medication exactly as prescribed. Do not change anything without their guidance.
- Decide whether a daily thyroid-nutrient foundation belongs in your routine. If it does, try ThyraGlow for a fair 90 days.
- Track what you notice, kindly and honestly, once a month.
- If it is not for you, send it back. You have 180 days.
There is no countdown clock on this page and we are not going to tell you we are about to run out. There is only one honest reason to start today rather than next month, and it is a quiet one: a fair test takes 90 days, and it starts the day you begin.
The next time you stand under that bathroom light, we would like you to be well into the answer.
With care,
Linda Martinez and Cody Bramlett [VERIFY: signature and persona confirmation]

P.S. If you take one thing from this whole letter, take this: a "normal" lab result and how you feel can both be true at the same time, and neither one makes you a liar. Ask the question. Talk with your clinician. And if you decide to try ThyraGlow, do it with the 180-day guarantee behind you.
P.P.S. Nothing here replaces medical care. If you take thyroid medication, have a thyroid condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are sensitive to iodine, please talk to your healthcare provider before you take ThyraGlow.

[SECTION: removed-claims | internal]
Claims Deliberately Removed From the Control (and why)
- "Restores youthful energy and fixes low thyroid in just days" (page title) and "fixes / reboots / restores / hit reset / bring your thyroid level back to normal." Disease-treatment and unsupported speed claims.
- "Harvard Medical School quietly confirmed tests measure 25% of thyroid" (VSL) and all Harvard/institution endorsements. Unverified; institutions do not endorse the product.
- The invented "German medical journal" quotes (two different wordings in the TSL and one in the VSL). Replaced with an accurate description of Frank-Raue and Raue 2023, no fake quote.
- "Celtic Goddess Ritual," "buried for centuries," "the industry silenced researchers," "drug companies fear this." Conspiracy framing; unsupported and disparaging of doctors.
- "Thousands of women (and men) have used this method." No support for the count. Men also removed as the audience.
- "Long-term levothyroxine use suppresses/shrinks your thyroid" and the JCEM quote; "meds just mask symptoms"; "most women can't convert T4 to T3." Unverified, medication-disparaging, and could lead women to stop prescribed medication. Replaced with "keep taking medication as prescribed."
- "Doctors said 'normal' because tests are broken." Replaced with a fair account of what a standard screen does and does not show.
- "Estrogen blocks thyroid hormone," "cortisol is a wrecking ball," "testosterone: if one tanks the other follows," Hashimoto's "gasoline on the fire." Stated as fact without support. Reframed as "research suggests these systems interact," with a citation for estrogen only.
- "Kelp boosts TSH; improves iodine levels; green light to turn your thyroid back on." Misrepresents the cited kelp studies; iodine effects run both ways. Replaced with a balanced note.
- "Bladderwrack blocks fat absorption enzymes; balances estrogen levels." Based on a lipase in-vitro paper and a 3-woman case report. Reframed as limited research.
- Selenium "reduces inflammation and protects against autoimmune thyroid damage"; zinc "essential for converting T4 into T3"; copper "supports TSH balance." Soften to sourced structure/function statements; the autoimmune claim removed.
- Ashwagandha "helps convert T4 into T3 naturally"; Vitamin B12 "40% of thyroid sufferers are deficient"; cayenne "boosts nano delivery"; schisandra "liver detox." Unsupported. Restated as traditional-use language only, pending confirmation.
- "Every ingredient precisely dosed, therapeutic doses backed by real science; real doses, real results." No dose information available. No milligrams stated.
- "Works no matter your age, weight or what you've tried"; "melt stubborn fat"; "banish brain fog"; "wake up energized." Guaranteed-outcome language.
- "Lose 30 lbs" framed as expected; "in a few days the weight melts off." Kept only as Linda's own account, labeled atypical, plus a clear results-vary statement.
- "7 essential minerals your thyroid craves." Miscount (the formula has two sea vegetables, five minerals and six support nutrients). Corrected.
- FAKE SCARCITY: "Your order is reserved for 10:00," "we will sell out," "we could run out," "out of stock can happen at any time," "months to restock," "only on this page." No evidence; removed. Replaced with an honest statement that there is no countdown.
- "FDA Approved" badges (x2) and "FDA-inspected facility." False or unverified. Removed everywhere.
- "Susan in Colorado," "Mary in Florida," and the "thousands of nurses and teachers" claims. Invented people and counts.
- The $159 "each" struck-through anchor and "Save $180 / $300 / $660." Not confirmed as ever charged. Savings now shown against the 2-bottle price on the same page.
- "Most customers choose this to complete the full thyroid protocol"; "the 6-bottle gives the best results... while your thyroid's healing." Unsupported popularity and healing claims.
- "If you don't notice any difference in six months, refund" (three wordings of the guarantee: "every penny," "minus shipping," "if you don't feel more energized..."). Reduced to one wording.
- "Verified Buyer" labels. Carly and Jennifer are no longer shown (r2/r3); no verified label on Bo until confirmed.
- "Imagine the moment the package arrives... beginning of the real me coming back"; "your thyroid is begging for support." Cut as manipulative filler.

Brand and label
Name: ThyraGlow
The working brand. Six names were compared. Trademark is not cleared: a knockout search in classes 5 and 35 is needed before media spend. The old name, Complete Thyroid, stays as the descriptor line under the brand and as an alternate.
ThyraGlow naming decision · 2026-09-29
Decision: keep ThyraGlow as the working brand. Reason: it is the only candidate that says both halves of Cody's brief in two syllables (Thyra = the woman's thyroid word; Glow = the mirror payoff the dossier proves women care about), with thyraglow.com free and no clear conflict found. Trademark is NOT cleared (see risks).
Skills consulted: naming-strategist framing (target = women 35-60, thyroid complaints they name first: exhausted, puffy, hair/brow shedding, dry skin, weight, "will I look like me again?"). KNB design query run (--role sales --section hero, pack design-ffec10c37470): returned only generic layout lessons (KNB-P01/P05/P06 "choose one coherent visual family"); no naming evidence, so naming is our judgment.
| # | Name | Rationale | Fit to women's thyroid complaints | Sound / spelling | Domain (GoDaddy check 2026-09-29) | Risks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | ThyraGlow | Thyra + Glow, woman's-thyroid word + beauty payoff | Hair, skin, puffiness, tired eyes, "glow back"; also energy/mood ("glow from within") | Easy: thigh-ra-glo. Spelling "Thyra" is guessable | thyraglow.com available (also .co, .shop, .store) | "Glow" is crowded in beauty; TM search needed in class 5; could read "skin product" (mitigated by descriptor line) |
| 2 | ThyraBloom | Thyra + Bloom, feminine, floral | Softer, hair regrowth/brows imagery | thigh-ra-bloom, easy | thyrabloom.com available | Floral pull fights the sea-plant story; "bloom" is used by many supplement brands |
| 3 | Thyriva | Coined, Latin-feel ("thyro" + "viva") | Vitality/energy; little on looks | thigh-REE-va; pronunciation may split (thi-RIE-va) | thyriva.com available | Nothing to picture; reads pharma; weaker on beauty angle |
| 4 | Selkie Thyroid | Sea-folk myth (women of the sea) | Strong sea story, mystique | Distinct, memorable | selkiethyroid.com available | "Selkie" is an existing apparel brand; myth is off-message for a science-flavoured formula; "Thyroid" in the name is a disease-claim risk |
| 5 | FemiThyra | Feminine + Thyra, literal | Says "for women" bluntly | fem-ee-thigh-ra, clinical | femithyra.com available | Sounds like a feminine-hygiene / hormone drug; narrows to gender not benefit |
| 6 | Thyralune (new) | Thyra + lune (moon): cycles, hormones, calm | Perimenopause/hormone-cycle women; night/sleep | thigh-ra-loon, soft | thyralune.com available | Moon/cycle angle drifts from the visible-beauty payoff; "lune" pronunciation |
Also checked: thyrasea.com, thyramarin.com, seathyra.com (all available; sea-name family, rejected because they sound like seafood/ocean-products, not a women's brand).
Verdict
ThyraGlow beats the field on payoff clarity (Glow) and on sound. The one real weakness is trademark/category crowding, which only a USPTO search settles. Client action: run a knockout + counsel search (classes 5 and 35) before buying media; register thyraglow.com now (cheap, available). Fallback if ThyraGlow is blocked: ThyraBloom, then Thyralune.

Logo
One concept, in four lockups (mark = ring + coral sunrise + waves + sea-plant sprig). This is one logo direction, not the five-concept choice set: if you want to choose between logo concepts, add a note in your review and we will make five. The sprig detail is small; a bolder single-frond mark is recommended before print or trademark filing.

ThyraGlow Complete Thyroid Support for Women
2 / 3 / 6 bottles: $69 / $59 / $49 each
60 capsules a bottle, 2 a day with food = a 30-day bottle. One-time purchase, no subscription. 180-day money-back guarantee.
Every figure below is marked from the client sheet (the Funnel 2.0 sheet dated 08/19/25) or proposal (our derived or assumed number). Nothing here is confirmed as the final offer, so nothing is marked Recommended.
Front end: same on both pages, so page style is the test variable
| Front end (both pages) | Per bottle | Total | Shipping | Savings shown on the new pages | Savings on the sheet / control |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles (60-day supply) | $69 from the client sheet | $138 from the client sheet | + $9.97 S&H from the client sheet | none (base rate) | $180 vs a $159 list price from the client sheet |
| 3 bottles (90-day supply) | $59 from the client sheet | $177 from the client sheet | Free US shipping from the client sheet | $30 vs the 2-bottle rate proposal | $300 vs a $159 list price from the client sheet |
| 6 bottles (180-day supply) · Best Value | $49 from the client sheet | $294 from the client sheet | Free US shipping from the client sheet | $120 vs the 2-bottle rate proposal | $660 vs a $159 list price from the client sheet |
Ladder
| Step | What is offered | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Upsell 1 | ThyraGlow (more): 6 bottles at $39 = $234, free shipping | from the client sheet |
| Popup 1 | 3 bottles at $39 = $117. House standard for downsells is $29 a paid bottle (would be $87 for 3) | from the client sheet |
| Upsell 2 Moringa | Starter Pack: Buy 2 Get 1 Free at $39 per paid bottle = $78; Best Value: Buy 4 Get 2 Free at $29 per paid bottle = $116 | from the client sheet |
| Popup 2 Moringa | Buy 6 bottles at $19 = $114 (popover) | from the client sheet |
| Upsell 3 Omega-3X | Basic: Buy 2 Get 1 Free at $49 per paid bottle = $98; Best Value: Buy 3 Get 3 Free at $39 per paid bottle = $117 | from the client sheet |
| Popup 3 Omega-3X | 2-bottle Starter Pack at $29 = $58 | from the client sheet |
| Upsell 4 Probiotic | Basic: Buy 2 Get 1 Free at $39 per paid bottle = $78; Best Value: Buy 3 Get 3 Free at $34 per paid bottle = $102 | from the client sheet |
| Popup 4 Probiotic | 2-bottle Starter Pack at $29 = $58 | from the client sheet |
| Shipping on upsells and popups | Free. Not in the sheet: this is an assumption | proposal |
The $159 anchor
The control struck through $159 a bottle and showed savings of $180, $300 and $660. We do not know that $159 was ever charged. The new pages do not show it. They show savings only against the 2-bottle price ($30 on 3 bottles, $120 on 6) or the per-bottle rate on the same page. Question 5 asks whether $159 was ever actually charged.
Where the client sheet is inconsistent
- Supply days. Buy 2 Get 1 (3 bottles) is labelled a 120-day supply. At 30 days a bottle it is 90 days (2 bottles = 60, 6 = 180). The new copy does not state days for the upsell packs.
- Upsell "You save" figures ($720, $360, $118, $177...) are against an undefined list price. The new pages show savings only against a price the buyer actually saw or the same-page per-bottle rate.
- Popup 1 ($39 a bottle) has the same per-bottle price as Upsell 1 ($39). It lowers the order size, not the price. House standard is $29 a paid bottle on downsells. Question 6.
- Popup 2 (6 Moringa at $19 = $114) is only $2 cheaper than Upsell 2 Best Value (Buy 4 Get 2 Free = $116) for the same 6 bottles. A $99 or 6-for-$89 price could be tested.
- Shipping. The sheet and this build say $9.97; the control page showed $9.99. Question 12.
- Upsell 1 for 6-bottle buyers: the page is shown to every cart. You may prefer to skip it for 6-bottle carts.

Proof and claims
Nothing unsourced is on the pages. Unsupported claims, numbers and credentials are left off the pages and listed here with what would allow them. Studies are cited as published research on people with low thyroid hormone, never as an endorsement of ThyraGlow.
Claims removed from the control, and why (24 items)
Compliance-risk list from the VSL analysis

Project videos
The e-commerce page needs a 7-minute video. Only the script exists so far; the page holds a labeled 20-second stand-in. When you choose a speaker (Question 8) the recorded video comes in a short and a long cut.
E-commerce page video: 20-second stand-in
Placeholder only: a slow zoom on the still-life, seven chapter cards taken from the script beats, and a lower third that says it is a placeholder. 16:9, 1280 x 720, soft tone bed, no licensed music. Used at the top of the e-commerce video page. The transcript download is the full 7-minute script that replaces it.
Please confirm before launch (launch to-do)
Everything the team could not verify, gathered from the build notes (89 open items) plus the launch tasks. Internal notes live here, never on the pages. Please confirm each group before launch; the questions above cover the biggest decisions.
Build and launch tasks 10 items
- ClickBank (or other) order links for each package, upsell and popup, and one-click upsell setup. The pages use simulated buttons; the control used ClickBank hop links (snsthyroid.pay.clickbank.net, items ct3b / ct6b).
- Tracking pixels, analytics and events (the pages push simulated events to dataLayer only).
- Domain: thyraglow.com was available on 2026-09-29 (also .co, .shop, .store). Register it, and point the front ends at it.
- Real Terms, Privacy, Shipping and Returns and Contact pages (footer links are placeholders).
- Email integration (order confirmation, abandoned cart, post-purchase flow).
- Record the 7-minute video (script and shot list are in the Scripts section); the e-commerce page has a 20-second stand-in.
- Run the trademark knockout search (classes 5 and 35) before buying media.
- A/B test setup: random split at the ad click, same traffic source, at least 14 days, control kept running (Test plan section).
- Logo: one concept exists. If you want a choice between concepts, we make five and put them on a choice page.
- Clean share link (a version of the pages without the review toolbar, for forwarding): not built in this round; the per-page HTML downloads are the clean copies.
Offer, price, guarantee and shipping 28 items
- ecom-video-7min. Guarantee wording: refund of product price, shipping excluded? empty bottles accepted? (script says empty bottles OK, no shipping mention).
- ecom-video-7min. Savings shown vs 2-bottle rate ($30/$120); no $159 strike-through unless client confirms it was charged.
- Shipping on U2-U4 and D2-D4 is not in offer.json or the sheet. Copy assumes FREE [CONFIRM].
- Sheet supply-day inconsistency: Buy 2 Get 1 (3 bottles) is labeled 120-day supply while 2 bottles = 60 days and 6 bottles = 180 days (30 days per bottle). 3 bottles should be 90 days. Copy avoids stating days for U2-U4 packs.
- Sheet "You Save" figures on upsells use an undefined $159 list ($720, $360, etc.). New pages show savings vs the 2-bottle rate ($69) or same-page per-bottle rates only.
- D1 ($39 per bottle) is the same per-bottle price as U1 ($39). The downsell only lowers order size, not price. Client alternate: $29 per bottle (house standard).
- D2 (6 bottles at $19 = $114) is only $2 cheaper than U2 Best Value (4 paid + 2 free = $116) for the same 6 bottles. Consider $99 or 6 for $89 as a test.
- Shipping and handling: control page shows $9.99, sheet and offer.json show $9.97. Build uses $9.97. Confirm.
- Guarantee wording: chosen "refund of product price, shipping and handling not refundable." Confirm it applies to upsell bottles and empty bottles.
- "This price only appears during checkout" is not stated in copy; add only if the funnel truly does not re-show upsells.
- U1 for 6-bottle buyers: the honest framing is "optional, past month six"; client may prefer to skip U1 for that cart.
- VSL: Confirm the 180-day refund wording (product price only, shipping excluded, empty bottles OK) versus the control VSL's "every penny".
- VSL: Control page shows shipping $9.99 while offer.json says $9.97; confirm the real 2-bottle S&H.
- Guarantee wording: letter uses refund of product price, shipping excluded, empty bottles OK, 180 days. Confirm, plus return address and support contact.
- S&H: offer.json says $9.97; control page showed $9.99. Confirm real figure.
- $159 anchor: not shown. Confirm whether it was ever charged; if not, stays off.
- Price/urgency: no countdown, no stock claims. If a real price-change date or real inventory limit exists, supply it; otherwise none is used.
- ladder shipping. Shipping FREE on U2-U4 and D2-D4 is an assumption (not in offer.json or the client sheet). Rows carry data-confirm="shipping"; the visible [CONFIRM] tags from copy/ladder.md were removed from buyer copy.
- ladder one-click. U1 small print says "One-click add to the order you just placed. No subscription." That is only true if the live checkout supports one-click upsells (ClickBank hop links). Confirm or soften.
- ladder savings. Upsell savings are shown against the same-page per-bottle rate (for example $39 a bottle on 6 bottles, struck) or the 2-bottle rate ($69). No $159 anywhere. Confirm the client is fine with the free-bottle math being shown as a per-bottle average ($26.00, $19.33, $32.67, $19.50, $17.00).
- ladder route. Upsell 1 is shown to every cart, including 6-bottle buyers (copy has a version for them). Client may prefer to skip U1 for 6-bottle carts. "Last offer" on U4 is true only while U4 stays the final offer.
- price check. offer.json gained an allowedExtra list (derived savings and per-bottle averages) so price_check passes; values are arithmetic on approved figures.
- policies. New page dist/policies/ (#returns #shipping #privacy #terms #contact), written plainly from the control's public Shipping & Returns, Privacy and Terms wording + offer.json guarantee. Confirm with counsel: company name (Science Natural Supplements, Inc., Nevada), return address 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, support hours (Mon-Fri 10-7 ET), 1-2 day processing / 5-7 day US delivery, "guarantee covers add-on bottles", privacy summary (no sharing with unaffiliated third parties without consent), ClickBank retailer wording if checkout stays on ClickBank (control lists ClickBank order support 1-800-390-6035). The review hub should link /policies/ (FS-100) and add its download (FS-101).
- ladder shipping. offer.json now carries shipping 0 on U2-U4 options and D2-D4, labeled "proposal - not in client sheet"; pages read "FREE US shipping" from it. Client confirms or supplies real add-on shipping.
- D2 overlap. D2 (6 Moringa at $19 = $114) is $2 under U2 Best Value (6 for $116 incl. 2 free). Save tag dropped on D2 (no honest basis). Decide: lower D2 (e.g. $99 / $89), change its count, or accept the overlap.
- ladder one-click. U1 small print softened to "Added to the order you just placed". Restore "one-click" only if the live checkout supports it.
- tsl CTA. Soft anchor buttons ("See the formula and pricing") in the hero and after the four-part system; sticky offer bar now shows once past the hero (desktop top, phone bottom) and hides over buy boxes. Order buttons still start at buy box 1.
- ladder shipping, HG-11. Cody has NOT approved free shipping on U2-U4 / D2-D4. offer.json now has "shipping": null + "shippingStatus": "unconfirmed - client sheet silent" on every U2-U4 option and D2-D4. Pages show a neutral row "Shipping: Shown at checkout" (overlays: "Shipping shown at checkout"); no "FREE US shipping" on those six pages. Thank-you adds "Shipping on added products: shown at checkout" (not added to the demo total). QUESTION FOR CODY: what shipping applies to Moringa / Omega-3X / Probiotic add-ons (free, combined with the order, or a charge)? Record the answer in offer.json and the row updates on build.
People, story and testimonials 13 items
- ecom-video-7min. Speaker: confirm neutral brand-voice host (default) vs Linda (only if real, releasable, results atypical).
- Testimonials (all [VERIFY], control text): Bo, Jennifer, Carly, Kendra on the page. Marcus and Jenny Anderson held back because they cite weight-loss results (40 lb / 16 lb in a month); Jennifer appears in two different texts on the control. Marcus is a man on a women's brand. Confirm real, releasable people.
- VSL: Is "Linda Martinez" a real, releasable person, and are her details (desk-sleeping moment, doctor visit, symptoms) accurate? Her weight/hair results are atypical; script keeps them out of promises.
- VSL: Six testimonials (Marcus, Jennifer, Bo, Jenny Anderson, Kendra, Carly) are control text only; confirm each is real, verified and releasable. Kendra and Jennifer have near-identical wording (one may be a duplicate).
- VSL: Jenny Anderson's "16 pounds down in a month" and Marcus's weight-loss story were trimmed of numbers or kept general; confirm approval to use weight-loss testimonials at all.
- VSL: Need a real voice for narration (Linda actress or AI voice policy) and approval for any face/hands b-roll shown in the mirror opening.
- Linda Martinez persona: is she a real, releasable person? Are her results (about 30 lb, hair and lashes) atypical and does she consent to the first-person section and the signature? Section carries [VERIFY] until answered.
- Testimonials (Marcus, Jennifer, Bo, Jenny Anderson, Carly, Kendra): confirm each is real with release on file; "Verified Buyer" label allowed? Kendra's text is nearly identical to Jennifer's in the control (likely duplicate); marked HOLD-DUPLICATE, not rendered. Quotes say "Complete Thyroid" and "7 key ingredients"; rename to ThyraGlow or keep verbatim?
- Weight-loss testimonials (40 lb, 16 lb in a month, belly flab): FTC substantiation risk; hub should decide keep, soften or replace with labeled slots.
- Founder/formulator credit ("months with Cody Bramlett's lead formulator"; Science Natural Supplements corporate line and footer address).
- ecom testimonials. Four control quotes are shown with data-verify="testimonial": Bo, Jennifer, Carly, Kendra. Carly's quote says "the 7 key ingredients" (the formula has 13) and "less belly flab"; Jennifer's and Kendra's quotes share the same opening sentence. Marcus and Jenny Anderson stay off the page (weight-loss results).
- testimonials. Only Bo and Jennifer now render (TSL + ecom), control text, data-verify="testimonial", "Individual results may vary" line. Jennifer's "Complete Thyroid" shown as [ThyraGlow]. Removed everywhere: Carly ("7 key ingredients", "belly flab"), Kendra (duplicate of Jennifer), Marcus and Jenny Anderson (weight-loss numbers). NEED: signed releases for Bo and Jennifer (real people, OK to use, OK to show the [ThyraGlow] edit); confirm ThyraGlow is the unchanged Complete Thyroid formula (the section says "the new name for the formula previously sold as Complete Thyroid"). After launch, collect real verified ThyraGlow reviews to replace these.
- testimonials. Jennifer's quote is removed from every page (thyroid-causation line; her quote also named the product, and quotes are never edited). TSL and ecom now show ONLY Bo, verbatim from the control ("It's like someone lifted the fog..."; it does not name the product), with data-verify="testimonial" and the results-vary line. Section retitled "What One Customer Said About the Original Formula". NEED: Bo's release / confirmation he is a real customer. After launch: collect verified ThyraGlow buyer reviews (with releases) to replace or add to Bo. Note: copy/vsl-improved-script.md (a video script, not a page) still quotes Marcus, Jennifer (shortened), Bo and Jenny Anderson; align it with the page rule before recording.
Supplier documents and product facts 23 items
- ecom-video-7min. Supplement Facts panel/doses/COA and iodine content from supplier; needed for the on-screen panel shot (cut the shot if unavailable).
- ecom-video-7min. Confirm "made in USA, GMP-certified, non-GMO/soy/dairy/gluten-free, vegetarian capsule" wording against supplier docs.
- ecom-video-7min. Confirm structure/function reviewer sign-off on ingredient role lines (selenium T4-to-T3, ashwagandha, cayenne, schisandra, molybdenum) and "for some, energy and mood may come first" expectation line.
- ecom-video-7min. Four-part system (gland/conversion/receptors/immune) is house explanatory framing; confirm client is comfortable, no citation claimed.
- U2 Moringa, U3 Omega-3X, U4 Probiotic: ingredient panels, doses, forms, serving sizes, capsule counts, allergen statements and sources are UNKNOWN. Copy is minimal structure/function and marked [CONFIRM]. Need Supplement Facts and product images from the supplier.
- Third-party testing: control claims it; omitted from the trust row until the client supplies a COA.
- VSL: Supplement Facts panel doses, COA and third-party test report still unknown; script states no milligrams.
- VSL: Role descriptions for selenium, zinc, L-tyrosine, ashwagandha, schisandra, cayenne, B12, molybdenum need compliance review (structure/function wording) and a cited source.
- VSL: Confirm the Frank-Raue & Raue 2023 paraphrase against the paper before it goes on screen.
- Supplement Facts panel and doses (kelp, bladderwrack, five minerals, six support nutrients), supplier COA, third-party lab name, GMP certificate: none provided; letter states no milligrams.
- Bladderwrack: confirm it contributes iodine and appears on the panel.
- Sources missing for: cortisol-thyroid and testosterone-thyroid interplay in women; magnesium and manganese roles; tyrosine role; selenium-dependent T4 to T3 conversion (only Watts trace-elements PDF); exact ATA page for "more common in women". Add citations or delete lines.
- Ashwagandha, cayenne, schisandra wording is traditional-use only pending confirmation; original control mechanism claims were dropped.
- Iodine and medication guidance in FAQ (do not stop medication; timing with clinician) needs clinician/regulatory review.
- Label claims: "Supports Energy* / Supports Metabolism* / Supports Mood*", "Complete Thyroid Support for Women", "with Sea Kelp + Bladderwrack" - confirm they match approved structure/function language and the real formula.
- Real Supplement Facts panel, serving size, other ingredients, allergen line: not provided. Doses are placeholders ("amount per serving: per supplier COA"); no mg values are shown anywhere.
- Manufacturer/distributor address line, batch/lot, UPC/barcode, net-quantity statement, iodine caution wording on the real label.
- ladder companions. Still unknown for Moringa, Omega-3X, Probiotic: serving size and capsule/softgel count (page says "follow the directions on the label"; data-confirm="serving"), Omega-3X form and source, Probiotic strains and CFU, allergen statements, Supplement Facts. Labels show 60 capsules/softgels as a placeholder.
- trust row. trust_row() lists only control wording (guarantee, one-time purchase, made in the USA, GMP-certified facility, non-GMO/soy/dairy/gluten-free, vegetarian capsule); each still needs supplier documents. Third-party tested is left out until a COA exists.
- ecom video. Script beat 4 wants a real Supplement Facts panel close-up; the page has no panel image yet (hub gap: supplier facts).
- ecom trust. Trust row uses the copy wording (60 capsules, GMP, USA, free-from list, vegetarian capsule); supplier documents needed for each. "Third-party tested" is not claimed.
- claims cut. TSL: "most formulas leave out", "third-party tested" (body + FAQ), "Most of us give up around week three", "Most supplement pages promise a date", "what most women are not getting enough of", "Some women tell us" (timeline). ECOM: "Most people take the 6-bottle supply", "Six months covers a full hair and skin growth cycle", "Feed the system that sends them", "The mirror shows thyroid changes first", "What Women Tell Us They Want Back" -> "What You Want Back".
- tsl framing. "Sound familiar?" checklist -> "Many women describe..." (soft dots, not ticks) + "These can have many causes; your clinician can check." "Here Is What We Hear From Women Every Week" -> "In Women's Own Words"; "you are in very large company" -> "you are not alone in it". 6-bottle line "two 90-day cycles... slow clock" -> "Hair and nails grow slowly, so give any routine at least 90 days before you judge it".
Companion products (Moringa, Omega-3X, Probiotic) 5 items
- Companion products (Moringa, Omega-3X, Probiotic): confirm existence, capsule/softgel counts (renders show 60 as a placeholder), and names; their taglines ("Green Leaf / Omega-3 / Digestive Wellness Support*") are placeholders needing client claims sign-off.
- ladder art. Composite bottle groups, replace with AI render: moringa-2, moringa-4 (paid groups, U2), omega-3 and probiotic-3 (paid AND free groups, U3/U4 Best Value). Built by src/images.py from the single approved renders; logged in images/image-log.jsonl. Pictured count = shipped count on every card.
- ladder copy. U2 line "Women tell us their biggest struggle is running on empty" needs a real source (support tickets, survey) or a rewrite. Everything else on the ladder is ladder.md word for word.
- package art. pack-6 back-row label fragments ("ow", "thy", small text) retouched to plain label green in src/images.py; all pack/ladder art levels-whitened (no grey plinth). Composites moringa-4 / omega-3 / probiotic-3 still show partial back-row labels (composite placeholders): replace with AI renders.
- ladder copy. U2-U4 now open with a ~250-275-word bridge block ABOVE the offer card (moringa leaf nutrition + energy/mood routine; omega-3 fatty acids + skin/heart/brain structure-function; probiotic digestive/immune support, gut-thyroid link only as "researchers are studying"). General nutrition facts used (oily fish = main EPA/DHA source; DHA is a structural fat in brain and eyes; moringa leaf contains vitamins, minerals, plant protein, polyphenols; much of the immune system lines the gut; fermented foods) need no product claim but the product facts (Omega-3X source/form, probiotic strains, moringa amounts) still need supplier panels. NOTE: Cody's own split-test (KNB S-swipe-upsell-page-redesign-15-to-27) won by putting the deal ABOVE the story; this round follows the critic's bridge-first order. Worth an A/B once traffic allows.
Brand name, label and art 8 items
- Trademark clearance for ThyraGlow, Moringa, Omega-3X, Probiotic product names not done.
- Brand name: confirm ThyraGlow (alternates ThyraBloom, Thyralune, Thyriva, Selkie Thyroid, FemiThyra) and run USPTO/counsel trademark search (classes 5, 35) BEFORE media spend; register thyraglow.com (available 2026-09-29). Not cleared.
- Label direction: confirm winner "04 Deep Kelp" or pick an alternate (01 Sea Glass, 02 Horizon Glow, 03 Bladderwrack Botanical, 05 Glow Ring) from the hub "other directions".
- Bottle renders are AI packshots of a proposed label (not a physical bottle). Client to confirm printed bottle size, cap and label match; pictured count = shipped count.
- Brand fonts/colors are our proposal (Instrument Serif + Albert Sans; kelp/teal/blush); no client brand assets existed. Science Natural Supplements attribution on the new label: keep or drop?
- Logo mark sprig detail is small; commission a bolder single-frond glyph before trademark filing or print.
- ecom images. Hero still-life and kelp/bladderwrack flat-lay are AI renders (no people, no text). The bottle in the still-life is the approved AI packshot; client to confirm the label matches the real bottle.
- support contact. Footer, header phone and policies now use Science Natural Supplements' real support lines from the control's Shipping & Returns policy: 1-800-305-1445 and support@sciencenaturalsupplements.com. NOTE: 844-770-8024 on the control is the SMS/text program line (STOP/HELP), not the support phone; it appears only in the policies Terms (texting). Confirm these are the right lines for ThyraGlow (or supply ThyraGlow-branded ones).
Video 4 items
- ecom-video-7min. Video says "no countdown clock, no only-a-few-left": final page must have no timers or inventory counters, or cut that line.
- ecom video.
dist/assets/video/thyraglow-story-placeholder.mp4is a 20-second stand-in (still-life zoom, 7 chapter cards, lower third says placeholder). The recorded 7-minute video is still to be made (host choice per copy/ecom-video-7min-script.md). When it exists: set VIDEO_PLACEHOLDER=False in src/pages_ecom.py (chapters then seek), remove the "Preview placeholder" review-bar tag, add a captions track (.vtt) and re-cut the poster. - ecom video. Chapter timestamps (0:00, 0:25, 1:15, 2:45, 4:30, 5:20, 6:30) come from the script beats; re-time them to the final edit.
- ecom video. Card shows "Preview placeholder" badge and "7-minute story - preview placeholder" on the play button; chapter chips show beat titles (Part 1-7) without timestamps while VIDEO_PLACEHOLDER is True. The poster art itself still says "Watch the 7-minute story" (video/build_ecom_assets.py; re-cut with the real video).
Pages, page fixes, placeholders and legal 8 items
- Phone number and support email placeholders ({PHONE}, {EMAIL}) need real values.
- VSL: Page-level fixes needed with this script: buy boxes visible at about 10:35 (no delay), remove the fake inventory counter and "spot reserved" timer, remove the "FDA Approved" badge, remove the 6-month quiz "3 bottles FREE" claim unless it is a real offer.
- HP-06 (long-form TSL) is provisional (official-after-pilot); this build is the pilot. Cody to confirm after review.
- placeholders. Support phone (1-800-555-0100), support email (support@thyraglow.example), the four footer legal links, and the thank-you order number (DEMO-0001) are placeholders in src/components.py / src/ladder.py. Client supplies real values and legal pages.
- footer. Footer disclaimer ends "Individual results may vary." (ladder.md said "Individual results vary"); the standards checker (FS-094) requires the "may vary" form.
- popups. Downsells are overlays on their upsell page (open only on an explicit decline click). On phones the copy scrolls inside the overlay while both buttons stay pinned; record this scroll policy (FS-050).
- ecom copy. Benefits headline "What Women Tell Us They Want Back" implies a survey or support-ticket source; confirm a source or reword.
- ecom placeholders. Support phone/email and legal links are the shared placeholders from src/components.py.
How to review the flow
- Open Traditional long-form TSL and read it top to bottom. The first order button comes after the mechanism and the formula. Check it on your phone too.
- Open E-commerce video page: press play on the 20-second stand-in, try the chapter buttons and the buy box under the video.
- On either front end, pick 2, 3 or 6 bottles. You land on Upsell 1.
- On each upsell tap the main button to add it, or the quiet "No thanks" link to see its popup. Popups open only when you decline.
- Follow the ladder: Upsell 1, Moringa, Omega-3X, Probiotic, then the thank-you page, which totals whatever you clicked. Nothing is charged or sent.
- On the two front ends, use Compare with current in step 2 to see the control page beside the new one.
- Leave notes with the toolbar on any page, answer the 12 questions, then send.
Round checklist: everything you asked for
| Your request (29 Sept 2026) | Status | What is missing or next |
|---|---|---|
| Watch the control VSL, take its transcript, improve the copy, give a NEW improved VSL script | Done | A draft to record. Linda must be confirmed first; it has not been tested. |
| A traditional funnel the way you normally build: long-form TSL + upsell / downsell ladder + thank-you | Done | Needs order links, supplier documents and real legal pages. |
| An e-commerce funnel like the Robert Love Focus build: short video on top + shorter page, and a 7-minute video script | Partly done | Page and script are done. The video on the page is a 20-second stand-in: it needs the recorded video and a speaker choice (Question 8). |
| A new label design (full freedom) and a new brand name aimed at women | Done (proposals) | Trademark not cleared. Label and bottle art are AI renders to confirm against the real bottle. One logo concept, not five. |
| Compare the rebuild against the control on results, not looks | Needs client | Test plan is in Details. Needs the traffic split, order links and the same visitor source for each arm. |
| Standard review hub with a 1-minute walkthrough video | Done | Nothing missing. |
