Returns and the 180-Day Guarantee

ThyraGlow is covered by a 180-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, contact us within 180 days of your purchase and we will refund the product price. Empty bottles are fine. Shipping and handling is not refunded. The same guarantee covers any add-on bottles you choose after your first order.

How to return

1. Email support@sciencenaturalsupplements.com or call 1-800-305-1445. Tell us the first and last name, email and phone used on the order, your shipping address, your order number, and the items and quantities you are returning.
2. We reply within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern) and confirm your return. No return authorization number is needed.
3. Send the bottles, even if they are empty, with your order invoice or confirmation number, to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. Return postage is paid by you; we suggest a tracked service.
4. We must receive the bottles within 180 days of the original purchase date. Once they arrive we issue your refund. Please allow time for your bank or card company to post it.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. When your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
• US orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days after they ship. International orders can take longer because of customs and local postal services.
• Shipping on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle supplies is free within the US. The 2-bottle supply ships for $9.97.
• Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address.

We collect the information you give us when you order or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and payment details. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider.
